Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Lake Silvaplana

It was a wonderful stay and the people in Nesso very friendly. The little shop nearby stocks everything we needed and the 'Sport' pizza restaurant was very good. Managing the stairs daily saved me from the need to go jogging. Nesso is special because there is no traffic noise although, if you are driving then the roads are narrow and need 100% attention. The ferries are really worth the fares, buses too. So many thanks and it will stay in our memory as a brilliant BnB

Wir danken Georgina für dieses wunderbare Haus! Sen il Bot ist sehr durchdacht, klar und sauber aufgeteilt, lädt zum entspannen und geniessen ein! Die Umgebung ist umwerfend ruhig und die Aussicht phantastisch! Das Wetter begleitet einem durch den Tag und die Sicht auf die Wolken und den Himmel ist eine Freude pur.

Wir waren für 8 Tage in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung. Die Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Blick über den See und in die Berge ist wirklich wunderbar. Leider war das Wetter nicht so wie erhofft. Die Kommunikation mit Laura und Carla war hervorragend. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Gegend im Norden des Comer Sees ist ruhiger als jene im Süden und die Orte in den Bergen sind es wert besucht zu werden. Sehr gut wird uns das Ristorante in Livo in Erinnerung bleiben, ebenso die ehrwürdige romanische Kirche Santa Maria del Tiglio in Gravedona.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Ivana. La maison est très charmante, d'une propreté impeccable dans un cadre splendide, offrant une vue absolument magnifique ! Si vous cherchez le dépaysement, le calme et une nature verdoyante, vous êtes au bon endroit! Ivana est une hôte très attentionnée, généreuse et sympathique qui a rendu notre séjour mémorable. parfait !!! luca est très sympa et son logement est magnifique, très agréable et très bien décoré. l'accueil était très chaleureux. la maison est très bien équipé et luca avait prévu des fruits et même un gâteau qui était excellent. merci encore. er l'environnement est magnifique. je recommande vivement le logement de luca. ciao

Wir waren bereits zum dritten mal als Familie in Nicolas Wohnung in den Skiferien. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Skipiste ubd die Skischule sind gleich um die Ecke. In der Wohnung haben wir uns wie immer sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit Nicola und Patricia hat super geklappt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist wirklich ein Traum. Liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr stilvoll, tolle Küche mit allem was das Kochherz begehrt. Ein Wahnsinnsblick- morgens wird man von der Sonne und einem großartigen Blick auf die Berge geweckt. Man hat von jedem Fenster in diesem Haus einen Blick auf diese tolle Landschaft und die Berge. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder !

Trotz schlechten Wetters haben wir eine sehr entspannte Woche in diesem sehr idyllisch gelegenen gemütlichen Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist sorgfältig renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist einmalig: ganz allein auf einer Lichtung im Wald. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Giorgio was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us on site and my son from afar who booked this trip for us. We would visit Giorgio again. He was so kind and even took us to the train station. 10 out of 10

The apartment has an unbelievable view. The view out the front door will take your breath away. It's beautiful. The entire town is walkable and worth exploring. The train and ferry stations are also walking distance from the apartment, and we ended up using both for day trips to other lake cities. This is truly a magical location. We will forever remember having our morning coffee or pre-dinner wine on the lake, a mere 10 feet from our front door. Francesca and her mother were amazing, responsive, and helpful in every way. They left us a bottle of their family's wine as a welcome present. On our departure day, it was pouring rain, and they offered to drive us to the train station. So unexpected and kind. I would highly recommend this apartment and location. We'll visit again.

I had an amazing stay at Daniele’s! The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the cities and mountains around. The space was spotless, well-organized, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything exceeded my expectations, and the attention to detail was fantastic. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area – I would definitely stay here again!

What an incredible stay! Michele’s place has everything you need to feel at home, all in an amazing location. There are enough amenities nearby such as the convenience store and 2 restaurants/bars, along with bus stops and even the dock for ferries across the lake. We feel so privileged to have been able to stay in Sabrina’s beautiful apartment. Exactly as it looked in the photos, yet somehow more spacious. Had everything we needed, including robes, slippers and extra blankets. The bathroom was amazing - incredible steam shower and sauna for your private use. Beds were very clean and comfortable and we loved having the washing machine and dryer right there - so convenient. Location is fantastic. Sabrina is helpful, friendly and very responsive. The things I weren’t that fussed about; the stairs up three levels to the apartment and the ski storage area being about 100m walk away. These wouldn’t stop me coming back. There was lots of help from a friend of Sabrina’s to help bring all our bags up to the apartment when we arrived, which was fantastic. The ski storage is a little inconvenient, but it is large and private and the boot dryers are excellent. Again, I add this only for information. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen und die Lage ist toll! Super praktisch für einen Aufenthalt mitten in Chiavenna.

Es war alles wie beschrieben und die Wohnung entsprach den Beschreibungen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dem Apartment gefühlt. Für 2 Personen ist sie optimal. Besonders genossen haben wir den kleinen Balkon, die wunderschöne Aussicht auf den See und die Natur/Berge oberhalb des Sees. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die steile Wendeltreppe zum Wohnbereich ist nicht für jeden geeignet, aber für uns war es kein Problem. Die Verwalterin Anna hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert, war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben 😊👍🫶 Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder an diesen schönen Ort!

Incredible stay. Location was perfect - beautiful and quiet. Ferry access in town and garage parking were great amenities. Private dock access was nice - Nicola helped us arrange a boat rental and we were picked up right at the dock. Clean, crib for baby provided. Nicola was very helpful and always available. A few things to note: for grocery store, 15-20 m drive. Trash has to be disposed at public area: 12m walk. Thank you Nicola, we will be back!

Four of us stayed here for only a couple days and were incredibly impressed by the spectacular view of the lake and the surroundings. It looked like out of a travel magazine. The unit itself was quite nice with total upgrades everywhere which were in top condition. If you are driving yourself up the hill to the home be prepared for some fun driving adventures on twisting turning curves that are somewhat narrow. We always had a driver. We could see that it takes some experience to get good at it.

This is a beautiful apartment in a prime location that has a parking spot, but you don't need a car. The apartment is a very short walk to the lake ferry service, the town square and a C10 bus stop. You can walk to Menaggio Piazza Roma Bus station in under 10 minutes if you want to take the bus to Lugano, Switzerland. The apartment is beautiful, with historic decor and modern conveniences and a lovely terrace. You can hear some street noises, but the apartment is very private. Roxana is very easy to communicate with. Thank you Roxana! We enjoyed our stay!

We just arrived home from our stay at Daniel's house and already miss it and want to go back! The views are absolutely stunning! The house was clean and was designed beautifully. The town where this house is located is charming, with a wonderful restaurant tucked in a piazza. Daniel was communicative before and during our stay. Loved our stay at Villa Flora Fauna Lago and would absolutely recommend it!

My only regret is that we can’t give 6 stars on the evaluation and that since we want to come back it hurts me to advertise it to others!! Frankly, a part from the place which is a little jewel, the calmness of the surroundings, the spectacular lake Como, what we appreciated the most is the kindness and proactivity of our hosts. Wonderful private and gorgeous retreat high up on the hillside. RENT A CAR. We did, but only last minute and initially had planned to uber to and from the Airbnb both for arrival and departure as well as just day trips; this would have been a mistake, it is 12-14 minutes up the hill from the town. If you have a rental car and are comfortable driving up steep roads, it is a fun adventure and the views make it well worth the trek. The space itself is second to none. Gorgeous pool with million dollar views, several levels of terraces with sun chairs, outdoor eating areas, and the home itself is inviting and comfortable.
