House holiday rentals in Lake Sunapee

This was a great house with tons of room and all the things we needed for our stay. We spent most of our time there on the back porch watching family swim. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed to make meals. Everything was very nice and we had a great stay.

Michael was fantastic with responding quickly, this home was beautiful & is a great location if you're looking to visit the white mountains! my friends & I had a great stay, we would definitely book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Big Red house in New London! The host, Chris, was so helpful in working with our dates. We traveled to New London for my mother-in-law's celebration of life, and I could not think of a better place to stay with my family and close family friends. The children (and adults!) enjoyed the game room and other amenities such as the screened porch and hot tub. We would have used the sauna/cold plunge if we had more time. The house was spacious, comfortable, and very private but easy access and close to downtown New London which was perfect for us. Again, I must highlight how gracious and helpful the host was - it was one of the best experiences I had so far with Airbnb. Please consider staying here - you will love it!

Staying here is always a joy for the entire family! It has become an annual tradition that we all look forward to in winter. Thank you for being so accommodating with our schedule and a special thanks to Mitchell for going the extra mile to snow blow a waking path for me and the dogs to keep our daily routine of visiting the horses, after the last storm brought over 13” of snow. Was a great place to stay with plenty to do at the house and plenty of room. It was very clean and well organized.

We had a great stay at Brandon’s place. The house is cozy and clean, and the location right on the lake made it really special. We grilled every night, used the kayaks during the day, and hung out by the fire pit in the evenings. It was super quiet and peaceful, and the view from the dining table made board games and meals even better. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole space just had a really relaxed, homey feel. Brandon was easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly. It was a great spot to unplug and enjoy some time by the water — we’d definitely come back.

We had a great stay! The house was well-appointed and comfortable. We especially loved the covered porch and beautiful view. It was a great home base for exploring the area, including several nearby hiking trails, Woodstock and Quechee (about a half hour away), and Brattleboro (less than an hour away). Ab was a fantastic host. He was proactive with communication and even checked in with us to make sure we had power after some strong thunderstorms that had moved through the area.

This place is amazing. Clean, close to the slopes and super cosy. Host is the best we have dealt with. We got almost a foot of snow during our stay and the driveway was plowed first thing in the morning. We’ll be back😃

Went for a quick Ski trip with grandson and his friend, location was close to Mt Sunapee. Plus Liam left a suggestion for a hike which was wonderful, especially for our dog. Kids enjoyed playing pool as well as other games in the lower level. Everything was great.

We thoroughly enjoyed gathering our family (for the 2nd time) at this private, spacious and cozy cabin, well supplied for anyone's needs/wants (as detailed in information supplied by our gracious hosts) with beautiful lake views. And it was immaculate!! Enjoyed the fishing and the loons! We'll be back!

Good afternoon! Our team had another wonderful experience during their stay at this Airbnb. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything they needed. It was clear that a lot of thought and care went into making guests feel comfortable. The host has been incredibly kind and responsive—communication was smooth from start to finish. I would absolutely highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

This is a beautiful, brand new, and pristine house. The location is perfect, close to Meredith. It’s a very short drive to Fun Spot and a close walk to the neighborhood beach. Very clean and modern. A great stay!

This is our extended family's third visit to Windy Peaks, so that speaks to how much we enjoy the place. It is a very comfortable house in a beautiful setting that easily accommodates our family of 7 adults and 4 kids. Depending on the weather, we've enjoyed playing pickleball, ping pong, pool and board games; the very nice playground; sledding; fire pit; and skiing at nearby Ragged Mountain. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of room for multiple cooks to work their magic. (It is on a mountain top so can get windy, though, thus "Windy Peaks".)

It was our second stay in Kyla's house at the lake. We enjoyed it a lot and will return again.

I couldn't have chosen a better place. From the start, Angela showed empathy and understanding. The place has everything, even more than I could have imagined. There's so much to do. It's a very welcoming and clean place. I will definitely return.

My family had a great time. The location was perfect for us. Private, but close to everything we needed. We spent a day in Boston, about a 90 minute drive. About the same to Portland Maine for a day. Manchester/Boston airport was only 20 minutes away. Highly recommend Tuscan Village in Salem, NH about 30 minutes away. Great shopping, dining, and entertainment venue.

Kate was an amazing host whenever we reached out with any question she responded quickly. The house was immaculate, it was larger than we expected, the pictures really didn't do it justice. It was an amazing trip and we're very thankful that we were able to find this home to suit our family during our son's graduation weekend from Dartmouth College.
