Quaint home with a homey feel. It was the perfect getaway spot with a responsive and amazing owner. Would highly recommend and well worth the stay. The peace and serenity of the home only add to the nature and openness surrounding the property. I can’t say enough about how amazing the stay and Dylan was!

Absolutely beautiful stay! The place was spotless, with an amazing lake view that made for a perfect, peaceful getaway. The beds were all very comfortable, and the amenities provided truly made it feel like being at home. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, and paper towels, which was a thoughtful touch. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in and check-out were super easy. A great spot to decompress and relax. I highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. We came with our 6 month old and 3 year old daughters and pup. There was plenty of space for the whole family and very kid friendly. We were saying when we were there that it would have been amazing with a group of friends for a girls weekend too! Beautiful spot where you feel like you’re deep in the Vermont woods but super close to downtown Woodstock. Would love to stay again if available!

My childhood friend and I had a nice reunion 4 day stay at the end of September so we could take a King Arthur class. We really enjoyed the hideaway beauty of the rustic cottage and its peaceful surroundings. Jane proactively reminded us that the cottage is unheated, so we brought warm sleeping clothes; still a couple of mornings were quite chilly. We felt like we were glamping.

This was our second time staying. The place is clean, great location and exactly as described. Will stay here again.

Lawrence's home was lovely. It was very quiet and peaceful while still close enough to town for anything we needed. The home was spacious, clean, stocked with anything we needed (including fun books and activities for the kids!). We were very pleased with our visit and the kids were sad to leave. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful property tucked away in the hills of farmland above Norwich. It was perfect for an extended family getaway. Kids loved the pool, ping-pong table and pool table and we loved cooking in the well-appointed kitchen. Great little hike with outstanding views about 20 minutes away on Gile Mountain.

We had a lovely long stay at Melanie's house! We are already thinking of when we can come back :) Melanie is a terrific host- warm, responsive, helpful and caring. The house is super comfy, spacious and welcoming (for human and animal guests alike)! The area is also so lovely- the local residents are super friendly. People say "Hi!" and smile when they pass you on the path or trails here :). I cannot say enough wonderful things. We are grateful to have found Melanie's house and made some great memories here. Thank you, Melanie, for an amazing stay.

My family and I had a great long weekend stay at Rafael’s Lake Winnipesaukee condo. Rafael and his wife Theresa were very helpful with local recommendations for entertainment and eating. We would definitely book there again

Was a great place to stay with plenty to do at the house and plenty of room. It was very clean and well organized.

We didn’t get to stay long at Patti’s, but it was extremely clean, there was a gorgeous deck which our dog loved. And any questions we had Patti was able to answer! Thank you Patti for a home away from home! It was comfortable and enjoyable for us!

Our stay at Rocky Ledge was peaceful and relaxing. It was what we needed. Great deck and fenced in yard for our dog. The cabin was clean, comfortable and inviting. We already recommended the cabin to family and friends.

Marks place was perfect for my family! Mark was very quick to respond to any questions I had. And Only 10 minutes to the bank of NH pavilion!!

Had a wonderful time at the cabin can’t wait to book again. The space heaters came in handy as it got cold at night. Plenty of water there for us to use, and extra camp wood for a fire. It was a beautiful, peaceful, quiet place to rest and be in nature in so glad we could have this experience.

Great cabin in the woods with a beautiful stream right outside. nice quiet neighborhood with parks, walking, snow shoeing and skiing nearby.

Siding was very communicative throughout the entire process. My family enjoyed the cottage to ring in the New Year together. We had such a peaceful time. The house was just as described. We were lucky with weather and were able to enjoy a New Year’s Eve hike with great views

Our stay was just wonderful, the beds and furniture was very comfortable. The view is amazing. The kitchen and bathroom are just beautiful. The large fireplace was something else! Pat was a wonderful host, and would love to come back sooner than later! Can’t say enough of our amazing this place is

the ice house was an adorable charming lake side cabin perfect to unplug and unwind. very rustic but also had everything we needed. the boats are a nice addition. while there are some houses nearby, the place felt private. absolutely loved the dock and shallow area perfect for dogs (or kids) to get more comfortable in the water. coco was also extremely helpful and easy to correspond with. even ran into her mom on site while on a walk! super nice family! we deff will come visit again

Went for a quick Ski trip with grandson and his friend, location was close to Mt Sunapee. Plus Liam left a suggestion for a hike which was wonderful, especially for our dog. Kids enjoyed playing pool as well as other games in the lower level. Everything was great.

We really enjoyed staying here! Clean and well organized. Has everything and more for a comfortable stay. Craig is a great host, helpful and responsive. Pond view is wonderful!
