Holiday rentals with lake access in Lake Sunapee

Absolutely beautiful stay! The place was spotless, with an amazing lake view that made for a perfect, peaceful getaway. The beds were all very comfortable, and the amenities provided truly made it feel like being at home. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, and paper towels, which was a thoughtful touch. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in and check-out were super easy. A great spot to decompress and relax. I highly recommend!

I had an amazing time staying at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect — peaceful and scenic, yet close enough to great local spots and outdoor activities. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Hampshire!

The 18th century farmhouse is tucked away on a dead end street, quiet and serene. Every morning and evening I expected to look out and see a moose coming up through the bog from across the street to no avail. I did see birds, especially woodpeckers on the feeders, chickens and a cow at the front door. Michael and Melissa were welcoming hosts, the house was well equipped from the kitchen necessities to the bounty of bath towels. The restoration of the home has been done with craftsman's hand with a modern feel. It has also been decorated for the farm house look. Someone loves games galore as I've never seen that many and type in one place before, family time? I did say chickens and Melissa left us a dozen of her fresh farm eggs to enjoy. Thanks. Very responsive host! Quickly answered questions and very accommodating. The house was exactly as expected and very clean! She provided a great list of local restaurants which were perfect. Would definitely rent again in the future!

Beautiful house to stay

It was a great two week stay.. I enjoyed being at this lake house. The lake is across the road, and pretty to look at on the balcony. The clear view of the lake walking and driving in the morning was very peaceful. His dock is the nicest in comparison to his neighbors. Kitchen was very well equipped, top notch washer and dryer, excellent lighting , beds and linens were comfortable, couch was large, easy to sprawl out and take a nap. Michael was available and easy to communicate. The high reviews are true, he cares and is thoughtful . I look forward in future stays .

My old college roommates and I try to get together for a weekend once or twice a year to catch up. We generally pick different places but that's changed after discovering Matt and Stacy's place. It's exactly what we were looking for - beautiful, quiet setting, on a great pond with a perfect fire pit overlooking the water. Inside the house is clean, comfortable and well appointed. Everything you need is there. We were looking a place to just sit back, relax and catch up and their house was absolutely perfect for that. This is the second time we've stayed here and we're already talking about coming back next time!

We were able to get the dock so it was great for easy boat access, great spot will be returning

What a wonderful stay we had at Bill & Lil's! There was excellent communication from beginning to end and everything is exactly as described. There is plenty of space for 2-4 to enjoy a comfortable stay. The entire property is beautiful and well cared for. Perfect location for a quiet, relaxing get-away yet only a short drive to a variety of restaurants, wineries, brewery, grocery stores, shopping and much more. A big THANK YOU to them for being AMAZING hosts! The thoughtful touches from Lil were very much appreciated. We will most definitely be back.

Had a lovely longer-term stay here. The house is beautiful with classic old New England character but totally modern features inside. Walking distance to several walking trails and coffee shops and short drives to countless places for swimming, hiking, rock climbing, and walking. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating. No complaints here, we had a wonderful stay!

A very comfortable abode. Would recommend. Was concerned about our uke music and voices disturbing residents above us. Especially liked the nearby rail trail for walking and biking.

The place was a wonderful place for a weekend getaway with my son and fiancé. The place was spotless, had everything you could imagine when it comes to visiting. I would definitely stay here or any else of their air bnbs!

We loved it here. Quiet and amazing sunrise view. We ended up extending our stay a week longer. Lindsay was quick to respond and we enjoyed our stay.

This is the second year we stayed at Paradise on the Pond, a great spot to access both Pat's Peak and Crotched Mountain Ski resorts. Cynthia was very accommodating of some changes in our schedule due to my upcoming surgery and she provided an extra very comfy blow up bed for a 3rd guest. Thank you Cynthia! Catherine very responsive. Small place, but very suitable. Caution that the winding staircase would not be suitable for some folks.

Lovely comfy home with great views out onto Chalk Pond and convenient for exploring around the Sunapee region. Rob was super responsive and was so gracious to allow us to check in a little early because we were traveling with our little one. Would absolutely stay again!

Siding was very communicative throughout the entire process. My family enjoyed the cottage to ring in the New Year together. We had such a peaceful time. The house was just as described. We were lucky with weather and were able to enjoy a New Year’s Eve hike with great views

Our stay was just wonderful, the beds and furniture was very comfortable. The view is amazing. The kitchen and bathroom are just beautiful. The large fireplace was something else! Pat was a wonderful host, and would love to come back sooner than later! Can’t say enough of our amazing this place is

We came up to Joan's lovely cottage for a peaceful, hiking Christmas vaca and it was absolutely perfect. Joan was a wonderful host, very friendly and generous. We wish Joan was our granny too! Granny camp was comfy, cozy, on a beautiful lake, with lots to do in surroundings areas. Would love to come back in the summer! Thank you!

We stayed at the beautiful Lull Brook cottage and felt like we were in a snow globe! It was cozy, peaceful, and somehow even more beautiful than the pictures could even show. We are already talking about going back sometime in the warmer months. Heidi was kind, responsive, and left wonderful recommendations and information for us to make our stay enjoyable and easy. If you are considering staying here, just book it. You won't regret it!

We have been going to Sandpond every year for as long as I can remember. We love the lake and the area. Claudia's cabins provide us the ability to join our family there and have our own space. We absolutely love it and are already looking forward to next year!!

Really incredible cabin! It’s cute - homey and private! Such cute touches! Sadly it rained and we didn’t get to enjoy the water , but it still had a cute indoor space overlooking the water, great tunes and played games they had! It was a great get away! Don’t cancel because of rain.. it was delightful! Great local eatery too !! Highly recommend Stark Tavern.. Very friendly area! Will be back we enjoyed our time! Thank you for hosting!
