Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lakeland

me and my boyfriend stayed here for a weekend for my 21st birthday and we had a blast, it’s the perfect location!! the place itself is very nice and just like the pictures, everything you need is less than a 10 minute walk from the loft. the parking across the street was only like $30 for friday-sunday. the bed was comfy, the kitchen had plenty of utensils for cooking and eating, living room was nice w a book of recommendations!

I absolutely loved my stay! It was a lovely home and I had no issues. I do want to warn others with quite a bit of luggage that it’s a little tricky up the stairs but definitely recommend. Thank you!

Our stay at Graze House was truly exceptional! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly comfortable from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect and right near the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to explore. Morgan and the entire Pettigrew Adventures team was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the welcome wine and the stocked kitchen. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Graze house to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Memphis. We had an absolutely delightful experience at this charming triplex! It was truly everything my partner and I had been hoping for in our getaway. Although we packed a small fan for sleeping comfort, we discovered a lovely ceiling fan in the spacious bedroom that provided a perfect breeze throughout the night. This unit, nestled in the center of the triplex, was impressively the largest of the three, giving us ample room to relax and unwind. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, from pots and pans to cutlery, making cooking a breeze. We especially appreciated having a washer and dryer at our disposal, which allowed us to pack light and enjoy our stay without worrying about laundry. Honestly, all we really needed to bring were our clothes and a selection of groceries, as the rest was thoughtfully provided. Our stay exceeded all expectations, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect retreat!

Great host. Communicated well with me even when my AC went out late that night. He sent someone to fix the issue within the hour. They have done a great job renovating the place and it looks amazing. Would stay there again because of the host. Great place and tucked away from the hustle of downtown. Easy to get to places by car and a lot of things to do.

I appreciated Annie‘s space a lot. I felt home in the space pretty quickly, and I was glad about the washer and dryer. The neighbor hood around Overton Square is lively and can be reached in walking distance. I’d book it again. Annie is great, very reponsive and helpful.

Clear instructions, described well. Only the laundry was different than the pics. Perfect for one person who needs a simple space to relax and stay. Will be back

Was ample room for our group. We were traveling down from Ohio to compete at Memphis In May when we got in we had some larger trailers with us, which gave us plenty of parking to get in the driveway. The kids enjoyed the pool. I just wish I would’ve brought my golf clubs with me so beautiful being on the 12th hole at colonial.

Host very communicative and responsive. There was minimal yet expected sounds from the occupants next door ( doors closing, voices on patio). Very walkable neighborhood to lots of nearby restaurants.

Perfect location to explore Cooper Young and walk to anything you could need. The Airbnb is very comfortable and there’s lots of thoughtful touches and great recommendations from the host about things to do in Memphis. We would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

Pictures did not due this property justice. It is a beautiful home. I felt relaxed and comfortable. I would definitely stay at this 5 star Airbnb again.

Highly recommend! Beautiful little home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Cute home with very nice kitchen and comfortable beds. My dogs loved the backyard and there were even dog bowls provided! I would stay here again for sure.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The Bartholemew was the perfect home for us, which is located in a great, quiet location. From the moment we pulled into the garage, we felt truly welcomed. A warm note on the whiteboard and a box of delicious, fresh donuts set a pleasant tone for our stay! The home was comfortable, spacious, immaculate and the interior is well decorated and included LOTS of amenities. Additionally, the beds were comfortable and we slept well during our stay. The house was cozy and inviting, and all the guest information was clearly outlined in a binder which made everything super easy to navigate. Ronnie was fantastic! He checked in with me to ensure everything was going smoothly and was both professional and genuinely pleasant to communicate with. We are absolutely going to stay here again whenever we travel to visit our family who lives in the area!!

If you’re in town and it’s available BOOK IT! So clean cozy n comfy. So much thought into detail I loved it. We were in town for a wedding and not too far from venue so this is a great spot. Beds comfy the space is just enough for us. I would definitely highly recommend this place to anyone without a doubt. Thank you again for sharing your home and opening it up for us to enjoy. Great place to stay if you visit Memphis. Close to Beale Street and the national civil rights museum (a must see!)

This a beautiful place and the pictures don’t do any justice- for this to be downtown, it’s quite and private. The location is walkable to some great restaurants and shops .

The Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Everything was well-maintained and of high quality. Off-street parking in a gated lot was perfect because of the convenient location. We walked to most of the places we wanted to visit. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone I know who visits Memphis.

This place was perfect for pet owners! The dog walking area was just outside the garage. Also very secure. We kept the car in the garage and Lyfted all over town. $6 to Beale Street! The sleek design and decor was on point for Memphis. We had a tiny issue with the shower and Jason was fantastic in responding. Thanks for a great time!
