Coucou cottage, a 300 year old stone house newly renovated to a high standard. Living, dining and kitchen area, all open plan. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a double bedroom on the ground floor with family bathroom. Wheelchair access possible. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. A third bedroom with king size double bed and en suite shower room. The large outdoor covered terrace looks over the garden and private swimming pool and BBQ area.Lovely country views.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Based on the River Lot you have access to the river, the gardens and the surrounding countryside. You can swim, kayak, fish, hike or cycle from the house. The town of Prayssac is a short 5 minute drive away with a cinema, restaurants, Boulangerie and three supermarkets. Surrounded by vineyards you can visit the local vignobles and treat yourself to the Malbec wines of this region. You can also simply relax and admire the views.

2 ATYPICAL lodges (they are 18th century dovecote) 25 minutes from Cahors, 1 hour from Toulouse and less than 1 hour from the tourist sites of the LOT, Tarn et Garonne, Tarn, 8 minutes from the gaillardoux (weddings estate) 5 minutes from the Parc des Expositions and 3 minutes from the BOMD festival. The MIRO cottage, atypical housing, dovecote, can accommodate 4 people (ATTENTION: the 2 bedrooms are SERVED by Meunier LADDERS and one above the other, no real window in the last bedroom).

Gîte des Rêves is situated in a quiet riverside location at the edge of a small rural commune called 'Cornus'. It is part of a larger village a few minutes away 'Cénevières', that boasts a stunning medieval chateaux. A small communal shop and a delightful brasserie, where you can have a drink in the day or enjoy a tasty meal at night. You can stay home and relax in the Gite's pretty garden, inviting pool with its river views or explore this beautiful region 'Les Causses du Quercy'.

The Annexe is a deluxe space for two to share. For your comfort and relaxation, you will benefit from a covered terrace, with table and chairs, and an open terrace with a bistro set. A private parking place is located directly outside the main doors. Situated in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Causses de Quercy, in the south west of France, our little treasure is well placed for discovering all the beautiful sites of the Lot.
