Great 2-floor apartment on the edge of Epping Forest by Theydon Bois village Green , with a tube station, 2 pubs and multiple restaurants on your doorstep. Much bigger than we expected with a nice mix of living space downstairs and sleeping rooms upstairs. Above Bakery but no noise noticed and indeed sandwiches and rolls purchased in the morning. Valerie the host very friendly and responsive too. Thank you :)

The Smoky House is an entire apartment perfectly located near all amenities to finish the evening and relax. It is close to Loughton Underground station on the Central line, which provides direct access to London and other lines. The apartment is clean, has all the essentials, and a small kitchen. Toni is a very kind, attentive, and helpful person. The Smokey House is easily accessible through the well-landscaped and secure backyard.

We stayed at Nadia’s bnb because it had parking and was also very close to a tube station to get onto the central line. Everything was as described and comfortable, thank you! Would stay again!
