Les producteurs locaux de vins, de fromages et de fruits et légumes sont présents. La Loire, les châteaux de Cheverny, Chambord et Blois, le golf de Cheverny (18 trous), le spa Caudalie sont situés entre 5 et 15 minutes du Vieux Pressoir. Le Zoo de Beauval est à 20 km. Come and recharge your batteries in a quiet and wooded environment, at the Annex, our fully equipped and comfortable wooden accommodation. It is independent of our main residence and ideally located in Lamotte Beuvron just minutes from the Federal Horseback Riding Park, Center Parcs and the city center with its restaurants and shops. In our region, you can also discover iconic places such as the Château de Chambord, Cheverny or the Beauval Zoo.

Sologne of the "Bontens" ponds

Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.

Our house is located in the village of La Ferté Beauharnais, a typical Sologne village, a few minutes from Center Park, Lamotte Beuvron, but also very easy to access from the highway. You will find all the comforts you need with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large living room as well as a 500 m2 plot with garden furniture.
