The apartment, bright, is nestled upstairs under sloping ceilings (limited height), bedroom on one side and equipped kitchen on the other. On the ground floor: independent entrance hall including the private shower room. The ground floor includes a common space with another cottage.

It has a small enclosed outdoor area out of sight to enjoy outdoor dining, private parking. On the ground floor, living room and equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, induction stove, microwave oven, convection oven, washing machine). Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: one bed 140 x 190, the second: 2 beds 90 x 200 and shower room.
