Een onvergetelijke ervaring. Een perfect verblijf om samen met je beste vrienden te boeken: een bijzonder sfeervol ingericht huisje met een zeer gezellige woonkeuken. Er stond zelfs een schaal met heerlijke verse eitjes voor het ontbijt voor ons klaar. Alles werkte en niets was kapot of verwaarloosd. Beide slaapkamers met aangrenzende badkamers perfect in orde. Zelden zo'n lekker bed gehad. Kraakhelder, fris en prima matrassen. Het uitzicht was echt fenomenaal. Daar hebben we zo van genoten. Het zwembad was helaas nog niet geopend, daarvoor waren we nog te vroeg in het seizoen. We komen hier zeker nog eens terug. Het was een prima uitvalsbasis voor de grotere steden in de omgeving. Kortom; wij hebben afgelopen 5 dagen optimaal genoten met z'n vieren! Zeker een aanrader en in alles de moeite dubbel en dwars waard.

La descrizione dell’appartamento è risultata pienamente coerente con quanto trovato al mio arrivo. L’ambiente è silenzioso, arredato con gusto e attenzione ai dettagli. Ho trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione.

Wir haben uns noch nie so schnell und gut erholt wie in diesem abgelegenen, wunderschönen und herrlich schlichten Häuschen inmitten der toskanischen Hügel. Wir hatten so einen Frieden und solch eine Ruhe selten irgendwo. Zudem war die Umgebung landschaftlich herrlich und die Wege nicht weit zu den wichtigsten Städten wie Florenz, Pistoia, Lucca oder Siena. Filippo hat uns wertvolle Ausflugstipps und Restaurantempfehlungen gegeben und ist ein ganz toller Mann und zudem ein netter und gebildeter Gesprächspartner. Benedetta haben wir nur bei unserer Ankunft kurz getroffen, sie ist aber bestimmt die gute Seele und Arbeiterin im Hintergrund. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt bei den beiden und sind dankbar für eine himmlische Ferienwoche!

Ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. Caterina è sempre stata presente e ci ha dato indicazioni precise e con talmente tanta cura che pensiamo veramente sia uno dei migliori host incontrati fino a questo momento. La casa è deliziosa, arredata con gusto e con tutto ciò che occorre dal dormire al mangiare. Infine la doccia è veramente bella: ampia e comoda, ci si sente in un resort più che in una casa. I dintorni sono pieni di vita e si è appena fuori dalla folla che inizia a 5 minuti a piedi da casa. Per riposarsi è veramente ciò che ci vuole. Consigliato veramente tanto!

Die Wohnung übertraf unsere Vorstellung, sie war noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Kommunikation zwischen Veronika und uns lief super. Die Kids haben jeden Morgen am Küchenfenster mit Ausblick gefrühstückt ❤️ wir würden immer wieder kommen. Perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Florenz, Lucca, Pistoia, Pisa etc. Montecatini alto ist mit einer Bahn "Funicolare" zu erreichen. Diese ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Unterkunft entfernt.

This was a fabulous place, very cozy, lovely bath soaps, coffee, and very safe inside. The hosts were veryy responsive, checked in with me, and gave great recommendations. It is located very near the piazza and activities. I walked everywhere. The only thing I want to mention is that there is an ethnic grocery store outside next to the building and for some reason many men hang around there outside most of the day and into the evening. I am an independent female and chose to go into the store so, overall, it did not bother me and I did not feel unsafe. The men talked loud and played music outside so customers need to know to allow for that, but they were not bothersome. I played music softly from my phone or earbuds. I loved the mechanical shades that lower to allow for sleeping in. The air conditioner worked very well….thankful for it! The recommended restaurant just a few doors down with garden seating was divine. I would stay here again! I would stay here again.

Appartamento perfetto per due persone, ben arredato e funzionale. Bagno forse un po' piccolo e ingresso della palazzina poco accogliente. Le finestre isolano totalmente dai rumori esterni e consentono di riposare piacevolmente. Consigliato.

Our stay was incredible! This place is a gem. It’s peaceful, quiet and the atmosphere is so friendly. We brought our little girls with us and they were so sad to leave. The restaurant is fabulous- you have to go to pizza night! The pool was perfect. We had great communication with Sabrina. We hope to be back in the future:)

Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit hier - die Natur sowie die Anlage selbst sind wunderschön, etwas rustikal mit ein paar Erneuerungen, über die Ana viel erzählen kann. Man kann sich auf dem Gelände super verteilen, hat genug Privatsphäre falls erwünscht und kann die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Auch der Pool zwischen den Olivenbäumen ist traumhaft. Wir konnten von hier aus einige Städte wie Florenz und Siena besuchen, auch hier hatte Ana super Tipps für geeignete Restaurants parat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine tolle Wohnung an einem ganz besonderen Ort! Wir haben die Ruhe und den wunderschönen Garten sehr genossen. Jacobo war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat uns mit allem versorgt was wir brauchten und tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen komfortabel, das Bett super und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir waren viel auf der schönen Terasse und haben den Blick in den Garten und das Zwitschern der Vögel genossen. Es gibt eine coole Hängematte zum Entspannen im Garten. Die Lage ist gut um Pisa, Lucca und Florenz zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es sehr nette kleinere Orte in der Umgebung. Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit.

esperienza assolutamente positiva in un appartamento comodo, munito di ogni servizio, in posizione facile da raggiungere e tranquilla. Siamo stati benissimo, 5 adulti ed una cagnolina non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Daniele è un host di qualità e se mai si ritornasse da quelle parti ci torneremo. Grazie Daniele

Salvatore to wspaniały gościnny i ciepły człowiek jak i jego rodzina. Wszyscy nas miło i ciepło przywitali. Opowiedzieli jakie atrakcje możemy zobaczyć. Apartament bardzo przestronny wysokie pomieszczenia, bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Mogliśmy się czuć tam jak w domu niczego nie brakowało. W kuchni miłe dodatki: kawa, czekolada, lody. Piękny i duzy taras na 3 strony budynku. Niedaleko piękne klimatyczne restauracje jak La Grotta. Salvatore pozwolił nam dłużej zostać (do wieczora) w dniu wymeldowania bez dodatkowych opłat. Naprawdę wspaniały gospodarz szczerze polecamy.

Het welkom was uitstekend, de gastvrouw legde alles goed uit. Wij hadden het voorste appartement met een boven terras, waardoor je fijn weg kon kijken naar de omgeving. De appartementen zijn een klein beetje gehorig. Waardoor je je buren kan horen. Maar als dat het enige is van deze top locatie 😀

Wunderschönes Appartement direkt in San Miniato. Von dort kann man zu Fuß zu Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Appartment ist sehr gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet.

Minha estadia na casa do Luca na Toscana foi incrível. Ele foi um anfitrião excepcional, dando dicas e ajudando no roteiro. A família dele foi acolhedora, e a casa, bem decorada e limpa, ofereceu privacidade. Sua localização mais afastada e ao mesmo tempo perto de tudo, é perfeita para quem está de carro, e busca uma experiência autêntica e tranquila. Foi a cereja do bolo de nossa viagem. Super recomendo! A huge thanks to Rosella for hosting us in her amazing apartment. Very central location within walking distance to Ponte Vecchio and many local attractions. The private terrace with the Palazzo Vecchio overlooking was perfect for breakfast or late evening watching the sun set with a few drinks. The apartment was spotless clean and very much as described. We were met by our very friendly host at the apartment whom welcomed and showed us around the apartment. We stayed as two couples and a perfect place to stay - I would very much recommend Rosella and her apartment.

This apartment in the heart of Florence is a true gem. It’s spacious, comfortable, and modern, yet still retains its historic charm. The location is simply dreamlike, with the widow view and the proximity to The Accademia being the highlight. Having the Accademia right in front of the window was priceless. The bathroom is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well-stocked and discreet. Conveniently located, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket are just a short walk away. The communication was easy and fast, and Luca was friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a perfect apartment in an ideal location. I highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Florence. Thank you so much for hosting! 🤍

Max was a thoughtful, responsive, kind and helpful host! We appreciated the care he took to make us feel welcomed and comfortable, the maps with suggestions for where to eat and what to do were a great bonus. We loved learning about his family history and staying in his family home - that was beautifully preserved and updated for our convenience! We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back again!

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse, las fotos coinciden totalmente con el lugar, está muy cerca de la estación de tren, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

From booking to checking out, things could not have been smoother. Everything was as described and Alessandra was a very responsive and reasonable host. The area was also fantastic- 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the restaurants and bars in the small Piazza five minutes’ walk away were excellent. Hope to return soon!

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

We had a wonderful stay at Emily's place, it is so sweet and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The hot tub is an amazing addition and the terrace is huge and great for having a drink before heading into town. It's a very short walk away from the city walls and is in a perfect location just 10 minutes from all the restaurants and bars. This is a gem!
