Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Landrum

This is our 3rd time staying at this location. It is perfect location for riding the Swamp Rabbit Trail and was very close to Furman University where we had a few events. Look forward to returning next year!

I'd give them 6 stars if I could. really nice people. They live right next door.. they have a couple of apartments here on their property. They actually were life saver for me. I left my laptop power cord at home and they had one for me to use. ... Very nice and accommodating folks.

Rita met us at the property and showed us the house, gave us the keys and provided helpful written notes. She stayed in communication with us throughout our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. Great property and great host.

Russell and Lin were fabulous hosts. They are both super friendly. Their home was in a very convenient location for us and very handy to Furman University, Paris Mountain and restaurants in Travelers Rest. The home was just as described and provided everything we needed beautifully. The beds slept well and the kitchen and bathroom provided everything we could have needed. I highly recommend them and their lovely home.

Very nice, large & clean remodeled basement. Comfortable bed, large special bathroom, very nice kitchen & dining room , plus a living room & a laundry. We’ve stayed here before & will stay there again. The little extras make it all worth while. Very good & delicious snacks & chocolates, plus coffee pods & cold drinks in the refrigerator. We have nothing but good things to say about Muffi and Tim’s wonderful studio! The space was immaculately clean and very cozy. Muffi communicated often and made sure we felt comfortable reaching out with any questions we may have had. We also arrived after dark, and still had a very smooth arrival and it was very easy to locate the Studio due to Muffi’s instructions. We could not recommend this space enough, especially if you are hoping to visit downtown Asheville or the Biltmore Estate!

Our stay at Hiker’s Hideawqy was perfect. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for coffee in the morning, meal prep, and tea in the evening. It’s a great location too. I’m sure we will be back!

Had an amazing stay. Estee is very friendly and super responsive. Both are very respectful and want to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Estee gave me fresh eggs to make breakfast with. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect! Simply all you need. Clean, well designed, beautiful surroundings, communicative, and worth every penny. If you are hesitant to book, then stop wasting time. Wish I could give ten stars instead of five. Already planning my next trip.

We had a great stay in Tryon near our dear friends. Walkable to their house and the lovely downtown!

John is an outstanding host! He is very informative and responsive. The home is also just as described! It was perfect for us. Very welcoming and cozy. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we are visiting. I cannot recommend this place enough. 10/10

Great location. Needed a place that accepted dogs and had a fenced in area - this house did and does. Nice property.

Wow this place was absolutely amazing the pool and the hot tub were definitely the highlight of the stay but the house was also very homey and clean and it’s was a fun time

This place was an absolute gem. It was really, REALLY clean. I think the hosts emphasize how much they clean, and it really shows. It was conveniently located to Asheville. Definitely recommend staying here!!!

Greatly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of spots to sit, relax and look at the view. Especially loved the screened in porch. Food delivery can be tricky for drivers to find, be clear with instructions for them. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay the host was very welcoming and accommodating 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area and I would definitely stay here again and definitely love seeing the cows in the morning amazing view and nice wrap around deck to sit and enjoy a nice warm day

Property is very comfortable and clean. Very homey and well stocked. We loved how walkable restaurants and attractions were and proximity to parking Check in was a breeze with clear and crisp directions. Check out directions equally clear. Inside of property very quiet. There was some traffic noise Saturday night but nothing unmanageable. Cindy very proactive in communication and readily available. Wonderful location highly recommended

This was our second stay with Jason at the Beehive and we loved it just as much this time. It's the location for us. The entirety of downtown is available by foot. We haven't had a car both times and never had to look for something to do. The access to Reedy River Park and the Swamp Rabbit trail makes this a wonderful stay for us.

This was a comfortable and quaint place right in the heart of Greenville. We could walk to the farmer's market, shops and various restaurants. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Greenville. Renee is an awesome hostess!

Our group was new to Asheville and we all felt so at home, comfortable, and cozy in this condo. Parking was easy and we were able to walk to breweries, shops, a co-op, restaurants, and a music venue. Highly recommend booking this place for your trip!

Dustin’s place was awesome! Easy to walk everywhere in the downtown area- restaurants, trails, and not too far from the minor league baseball stadium Fluor Field. Super clean place, feels right at home.

Everything was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable and Tim’s hospitality and responsiveness was above and beyond. Also appreciated the little treats he left tootsie rolls Oreos, etc

Perfect location if you like staying in a walkable distance to everything. Host was great at communicating and the place had everything you need. Also and most important it was very clean and smelled freshly cleaned from the first step in the condo. We would definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again.
