There is a big room with a fireplace, decorated with traditional furniture where you can enjoy your meals or spend cozy evenings, playing board games and drinking whine or Bavarian beer. In the kitchen next to the electric stove there is an old-fashioned kitchen oven where you can boil your tea water in a traditional way, but don`t worry, there is also an electric kettle. The house has a big garden with vegetables and fruit like strawberries, raspberries, apples and pears.

Of course, there are dishes, sheets and towels, shampoo and shower gel and for longer stays also cleaning items, vacuum cleaners and fresh linens by appointment. Fast Wi-Fi in all rooms. A parking space right in front of the house, other public parking practically always available.

Located right next to the subway stop, you reach Marienplatz in 6 minutes, the Allianz Arena in 12 and the Oktoberfest in 15 minutes By foot it's just a couple of minutes walk to the Englischer Garten.
