The 140qm apartment is converted into a loft, featuring a light-filled spacious room with an integrated open kitchen and a cozy dining area with a corner bench and a large table. Adjacent is a spacious living area with a futon double bed (160x200cm) and two sofas. There are two separate bedrooms, one with two single beds, and the other offers a comfortable king-size bed. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. The huge window and west-facing rooftop terrace provide views over the roofs of the lively historic district, and delightful sunsets invite you to dream. The apartment is modern yet cozy, with many self-designed and crafted furniture pieces, complemented by a beautiful larch wood floor that harmonizes with the over a hundred-year-old roof beams. Both the bathroom with underfloor heating, a luxurious corner bathtub, and a separate shower, as well as the guest toilet with WC and urinal, are tiled with natural stone. The loft is centrally located, with most shops and many restaurants within walking distance. The same goes for public transportation (bus 2 min, subway 4 min, S-Bahn 10 min), Oktoberfest, the traffic museum, and the beautiful trade fair park. (Maximum occupancy 6 people)

For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The guest apartment "Am Kirchplatz" is a cozily furnished apartment on the first floor with a separate entrance. On over 90 square meters of living space, we can accommodate up to 6 people. The large west terrace with grill, accessible from the living room, is available for your exclusive use. The family-friendly apartment is centrally located at the church (church bells according to Bavarian tradition) in beautiful Obertaufkirchen, but still quiet with views of the countryside.

Family-friendly apartments in Hallertau (Niederumelsdorf near Siegenburg), in a quiet location and close to the A93. An ideal base for trips to Regensburg, Ingolstadt, or Munich. In Siegenburg (4 km / 2.5 miles), you will find restaurants, shopping options, and an outdoor swimming pool. For families, we offer bicycles, toys, table tennis, a foosball table, and an outdoor play area. You can find more information about attractions and restaurants in the brochures in the apartment.

Tiny house in a secluded location between 2 ponds with boat

Come to this incomparable retreat in the middle of nature. We offer a small wooden house between our 2 ponds, on one of which there is a small rowing boat. In the cottage is a comfortable double bed, a seating area and the possibility to cook with a camping stove - but there is no electricity and no running water in the cottage. At the cottage is a small sink. Outside there is a barbecue area, hammock and seating. Bathroom for exclusive use is at the top of the farm.

This very well-equipped, modern apartment with more than 100 square meters of living space is located in a two-family house with a large terrace and a very large garden. The apartment is located in the idyllic village of "Maria Thalheim." There you will find a bakery (with everyday groceries), a butcher, and an Italian restaurant with a beer garden in the immediate vicinity. In summer, the natural swimming lake (within walking distance) invites you to swim and relax.

Charming wooden plank hut near the Wasserburg old town on a wild steep slope property. With mini kitchen, microwave/hot air/grill, kettle and fridge. In the small bathroom there is a shower and a toilet. Instead of the hand wash basin, a door leads to the sauna terrace. The cabin is equipped with electric heating and an electric boiler (30 l). The outdoor sauna invites you to relax. A fee of 20 euros will be charged per use. Smoking is allowed outside the cabin.
