Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. För tillfället under reparation. Tillgänglig från 20/5.

Mycket trevligt hus att hyra i vackra Trosa. Öbolandet är en ö med broförbindelse. Ca 1 km till Trosa havsbad och 800 m till hamnen med härliga restauranger, uteliv, båtliv & Trosas fina promenadstråk. Ni hyr ovanvåningen som består av två sovrum, ett med dubbelsäng, andra med våningssäng och bäddsoffa. Nyrenoverat kök med köksö samt matplats. Vardagsrum med TV och kamin. Två altaner och stor tomt. Lusthus som kan nyttjas fritt. Källaren är en separat lägenhet och kan ha annan hyresgäst.

Havstomt Trosa

Välkomna till vår hus med egen havstomt i Trosa skärgård. Ni har egen brygga och strand och ni kan gå Sörmlandsleden som startar ca 200 meter från huset. Huset har en härlig utedusch och endast 20 meter till bryggan och havsbad. Det finns även tillgång till fiske och båt. Finns möjlighet att nyttja följande attraktioner: Tillgång till båtplats finns. Tillgång till bastuflotte mot avgift. Tur med båt och chaufför mot avgift. Vattenskidåkning, Wakeboard och vattenring mot avgift.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Modernt hus på havstomt med egenbrygga avskiltläge

Du/ni kommer att älska mitt ställe pga av naturen, solen från morgon till kväll, lugnet, havet, de gigantiska fönsterna. Njut av lugnet, djurlivet. Huset är byggt för att få er att känna att ni är mitt i naturen fast inomhus. Ta gärna skogsvandringar i närområdet. Till huset tar ni er med fördel med motorbåten med en 4 hp roddbåt, som ingår, då det är ca 500m skogspromenad genom skogen från parkeringen. På vintern går ni genom skogen om båten inte ligger i vattnet.
