Jolie petite maison ancienne entièrement rénovée située dans le bourg d'Argenton, à 3 minutes à pied du port et 7 minutes à pied de la plage. Jardin entièrement clos orienté plein sud, dans une impasse avec peu de passage. L'entrée dans la maison se fait par une petite véranda qui donne sur une grande pièce ouverte et lumineuse avec salon et cuisine toute équipée. A l'étage se trouvent deux chambres, une salle d'eau et des WC séparés. Idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes.

Our house is located in Kersaint-Landunvez in Finistère. An old mill with exceptional sea views. Right on the water, ideal for a beautiful vacation, weekend with family or friends. South-facing terrace sheltered from the wind. Close to the Portsall sailing club, GR34 at the end of the garden, shops within walking distance (Portsall fishery, Proxi, bakery...) You will have a living room with everything you need for cooking, a shower room on the ground floor, upstairs a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, 1 toilet. Bed linen and towels provided. Wood-burning stove (50 dm3 possible to order at time of booking for an additional €17).
