We live in a lovely brick villa from 1900, where we rent out our basement apartment. The basement is newly renovated and has its own entrance. In the basement, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. There is underfloor heating throughout the basement. You will stay centrally in Svendborg Vest - with a short distance to the city center, forest and beach. There is free parking in front of the home. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Svendborg Vest train station and is easy to get to from the highway.

The city's old shipyard is full of culture, exciting initiatives and cafes.

The apartment is on the 1st floor, so you have it to yourselves. About 200 meters to the beach, water and jetty. Duvets, pillows, bed linens, and towels are included. The apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. In addition, the stairs are without stair gates, and the home is therefore not suitable for smaller children who are not used to stairs.
