If you're a birdwatcher, you'll love Botofte Forest Lake and the marsh harriers at Tranekær Castle. Shopping in Tullebølle (7 km) or Rudkøbing (12 km). 25 km to Svendborg. 20 km to Lohals Harbor, which has a nice beach and restaurants.

Just 60 steps from the door, you have your feet in the water on a south-facing sandy beach with a view of the Ristinge Klint nature reserve, with Ærø and Marstal in the background. The 2,500 m2 plot of land around the summer house goes right down to the water's edge. The house has 7 sleeping places in 3 separate rooms, divided into 2 master bedrooms (double beds) and the house's first floor with alcoves with 1 double and 1 single bed.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. At the back of the house, there is a 20 m2 private covered wooden terrace overlooking the fields and the garden. There is a new bathroom with a bathtub. 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, 1 with a single bed, and 1 with a small double bed. The kitchen contains the things needed for 4-5 people. Towels and bed linens are ready. There are 2 ponds on the property, not always filled with water. But be aware of children playing. 4 km to the water. Please be considerate of our neighbors 😊

The spacious apartment is part of the atmospheric Skebjerg Søgaard, surrounded by beautiful nature and fresh air. On the farm, there are horses, chickens, cats, and the dog Carlo. Horseback riding is included in the price. The farm includes small wooded areas and two small lakes. The apartment has three bedrooms (6 people), but there is room for an additional 4-6 guests on the sofa bed and in the loft. Many excursion options, including Tranekær Castle, Rudkøbing, and swimming beaches.

In the apartment, we offer a private entrance with a washer and dryer, kitchen with dishwasher, living room with TV and sofa bed, bathroom with shower and a bedroom with 3/4 bed. 25 minutes' walk to Svendborg city center and in front of the house there also a bus connection. Whether you want to go to a concert, visit the museums, shop, sail, hike, bike in the surrounding forests or play golf, it is perfectly located. Of course, we provide duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Out in the countryside with high ceilings, our small annex of 43 sq. meters, with 1 bedroom, either 2 single beds or 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed for 2 people. In the living room, kitchenette with 2 burners, mini oven, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer, toilet with shower, private terrace with gas grill. The annex is located by the town's pond, close to water and forest, about 10 km from Svendborg and Rudkøbing.

Botofte Skovhus – a sanctuary close to the forest and the beach

There are places where the pace naturally slows down. Botofte Skovhus is one of them. Here you will live surrounded by nature and close to the beach (1.3 km) and the Øhavsstien trail - and with Rudkøbing, Tranekær and Lohals within a relatively short distance. The house is thoughtfully renovated with bright rooms, high ceilings, and calm materials and colors. The large windows let in nature and light, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere year-round.

A Gem on the Danish countryside

The house is a farmhouse for a small disused farmhouse, located in the middle of a protected area with wild horses all the way down to the garden. The accommodation is cozy and functionally furnished with bright rooms and large terraces to the south and west. Lots of beautiful scenery. Atelier is decorated in the lengths, where the owner often works and stays open with exhibitions of graphics, painting, ceramics and sculpture.
