Short distance to 18-hole golf course and fishing lake, as well as good outdoor space for play and fun for both children and adults. The house contains 3 bedrooms (as well as a sofa bed in the living room) and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a spa and a small sauna. The spacious apartment is part of the atmospheric Skebjerg Søgaard, surrounded by fantastic nature and fresh air. On the farm there are horses, chickens, rabbits, cats and the dog Carlo. Horseback riding is included in the price. The farm has smaller forest areas and two small lakes. Indoor table tennis, darts, football games. The apartment has three bedrooms (6 people), but the possibility of an additional 4-6 people staying on the sofa bed and in the loft. Many excursion possibilities, including Tranekær Castle, Rudkøbing and beaches.

In the apartment, we offer a private entrance with a washer and dryer, kitchen with dishwasher, living room with TV and sofa bed, bathroom with shower and a bedroom with 3/4 bed. 25 minutes' walk to Svendborg city center and in front of the house there also a bus connection. Whether you want to go to a concert, visit the museums, shop, sail, hike, bike in the surrounding forests or play golf, it is perfectly located. Of course, we provide duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels.

Out in the countryside with high ceilings, our small annex of 43 sq. meters, with 1 bedroom, either 2 single beds or 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed for 2 people. In the living room, kitchenette with 2 burners, mini oven, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer, toilet with shower, private terrace with gas grill. The annex is located by the town's pond, close to water and forest, about 10 km from Svendborg and Rudkøbing.
