When you step out the door, you are directly between the terraces and shops, walk +/- 100 m away and you will be at the Pikmeer where you will find opportunities to rent a (sailing)boat. After a nice day in the area, plop down on the couch or outside in the sheltered and sunny garden on the south. From the living room you step into the bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower.

You love a vintage look and quiet environment, especially in the evening. The Veluwe and the IJssel are easy to visit, but cities like Zutphen and Zwolle are also easily accessible. Here in the quiet Frisian Rohel, you can really be outside, feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Cycling and walking along the meadows and (cold) swimming in the Tjeukemeer. Drink a glass of wine on the terrace by the water, with the view of infinity, under the old fruit trees in the garden. Apart from the sounds of birds, the rustling of the wind and in the distance a tractor, you hear nothing at all here. The sunsets can be amazingly beautiful here.
