Deine Unterkunft ist ein separater Teil unseres Hauses und befindet sich in einem schönen ehemaligen amerikanischen Offiziersviertel. Du hast auf 35qm ein Wohnzimmer mit einer großen bequemen(!) Schlafcouch, einen Kühlschrank, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (Nur Queensize!!!), sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich eine Teeküche, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser aber KEINE KÜCHE! Du hast eine Terrasse hinter dem Haus und einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

The apartment is in a quite residential street, between Darmstadt and Weiterstadt. It is well connected to public transport (RMV). In our street (about 3 minutes walk) the bus is every 30 minutes. The F bus can be reached after about 10 minutes, which runs every 15 minutes. The Darmstadt MAIN STATION is less than 2.5 km away. Also the connection to the motorway. Frankfurt can be reached in 20 minutes. The Loop 5 shopping center is nearby.

New flat (completed 2020, 85 square meters) in the centre of Offenbach am Main. 5 min walk to Main Railway station; 8 min walk to the Underground (Offenbach Marktplatz). From both stations you reach Frankfurt within 10 minutes. The 3 room flat is fully equiped with a new/high-standard kitchen. The apartment is located in the best connection to Frankfurt. The airport, as well as the main train station, trade fair and the city center can be reached by bus and train as well as by car in approx. 20 minutes. Pets (by arrangement) are very welcome, but depending on the length of stay, there is an additional cleaning fee.

Very quiet apartment.All rooms have large windows.In summer it is nice and cool and warm in winter.The kitchen has a complete equipment.Wi-Fi and a TV are available.A parking space directly at the house is also available.Super nice area for running, hiking, horseback riding and cycling is right outside the door.
