Due to the optimal connection to the highway as well as to the S-Bahn, you are in the city center of Cologne and Düsseldorf in 20 minutes. Within walking distance, you are about 5 minutes from an Edeka market and a casino. The highlight of the region is the water ski resort, which is about 10 minutes away and is visited by many as a day trip.

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

The apartment is tastefully renovated and furnished with attention to detail. It is located in a brick building from 1903, on a quiet street. Booking private yoga lessons in our yoga studio is possible. Within walking distance are various shopping opportunities. You can also go hiking or cycling on the banks of the Wupper and also stop for a bite to eat. By train or car you are in the middle of Cologne in less than half an hour. There are also e-bikes for hire at the train station.
