The small fine studio apartment is about 30 sqm and has a beautiful large south balcony with large awning over the entire width of the balcony. A morning breakfast can hardly be more beautiful. There is a comfortable sofa bed, as well as a bunk bed for one person directly above the sofa bed and the small pantry kitchen serves to prepare Frisian delicacies. A hallway separates the apartment from a bathroom where there is a shower, toilet and sink.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

We rent a simple, older, clean NON-SMOKING apartment on the ground floor. The apartment is located away from the tourist promenade, approx. 1000 steps or 5 minutes by bike to the sea and beach. Feel comfortable in our cozy studio (“green room”) on the Wilhelminenhof. The light-flooded room is modeled after a hotel room with a spacious bathroom and large shower. The traditional Wilhelminenhof has been telling history for over a century and now you can be a part of it. Your terrace is on the south side. The North Sea is about 1 km away and the nearest town of Dornumersiel is 1 km away.
