Our stay at ‘The Flints’ cottage was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and at home. All of the rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. The attention to detail was evident making our stay both luxurious but extremely comfortable. Sitting in the living room in front of the wood burner added an extra touch of magic to our stay. We really couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to relax and unwind. We cannot wait to return!

A beautiful & peaceful haven in north Norfolk. We had a lovely and relaxing 2 night stay, making the most of the gorgeous private garden with bbq & fire pit in the evening. The sauna was a welcome treat after a day walking along the coast. The accommodation is very well equipped to ensure a very comfortable stay and it's location too is superb. Very close by to Blakeney, Wells and Cley. All our favourite spots in Norfolk. Thank you for a wonderful stay, great communication and our lovely bottle of Norfolk wine 😊

I really can’t praise this place highly enough - it a perfect place to spend some time in North Norfolk. Ally and Sandy were incredibly kind and friendly and the facilities were fantastic, especially for what you pay. Of particular note: the most beautiful cottage garden which you are free to use; a very comfortable bed and high quality furnishings; an impressive selection of books; amazing breakfast materials provided and replenished daily; and cuddles from the very cute Kizzy the cat - but I did ask to meet her so don’t worry if you’re not a cat lover. I think the key points of this place,however, are the care, the kindness and the attention to detail which make it genuinely outstanding.

Joanna was a very communicative and friendly host. The cottage was lovely and bright, local to the beaches with easy access to central towns and activities we wanted. Would stay here again to visit more of North Norfolk!
