The Annexe is in the grounds of our larger house occupied by us, situated at the end of a private road near to Durham City centre. Close to walks through woodland (5 minutes away), a trip into Durham (4 miles) or Newcastle (20 miles). Pets welcome. Supermarket 5 mins walk away.
