Take the opportunity to stay on a farm, in a newly built apartment/cottage, close to grazing animals. Gillsättra is an old charming row village. In the middle of the island, close to everything. Access to garden and large lawns. 6 km to the nearest beach. 11 km to popular Bjärbybadet on the east side and 12 km to Färjestaden/bridge. Many nice walking opportunities in nature. In the countryside there are the flies, roosters like crazy and work carried out in the yard. Smaller dogs are welcome, larger dogs get too crowded in the small apartment.

The cottage is located on the edge of our private garden – sometimes you can see us from a distance, but we respect your stay 🌿 Totally renovated in old-fashioned style with a bedroom and small sleeping loft. 1000m to the water and 9 min to Ölandsbron. Close to nature, but still close to the center. Note: Low ceiling height (2 m) in bedroom and bathroom. No separate living room – only what is shown in the pictures. Small BUT incredibly cozy 🫶🏼

Also to nice swimming areas and bird sanctuaries. Between the cabin and the sea, it is a walk of about 30-40 minutes and about 3 km. Perfect walk or jog. The cottage has a quiet and nice location with new outdoor furniture and sun loungers. A perfect place to explore Öland from. Here, it's so soothing and relaxing. Warm welcome and feel at home.

Smålandstorpet

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, the fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and party live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

You are welcome to relax in our garden, go for a walk or we've got bikes in the garage for you to explore your surroundings.

The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!

The cottage sits together with our house on the short side and is protected without direct transparency from us. You have your own patio with barbecue in a secluded location. The cottage is located in a lush garden with an apple grove and a forest area. Perfect for two adults or the small family.

The farmhand's cottage with spa bath

Quiet and nice area on the east side of Öland near animals and nature. Close to swimming area, bike and walking paths. Close to Öland Alvar with unique flora, about 50 km to Ottenby bird station. Access to hot tub, bikes and barbecue. Here, four-legged family members are also welcome if they are on a leash. Bed linens, towels and bathrobe are included. Cleaning is done by the guest. The hosts have cats. Air conditioning is in the bedroom.

The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like. At the jetty, there is also a small rowboat if you want to take a short trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? A warm welcome.

Experience the beautiful nature reserve Lövö. An island with walking trails, fishing grounds, woods and several bridges. The area has a diverse animal habitat. You will stay in a traditional Swedish cottage with a fantastic view over fields. The cabin has a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining space and a toilet. Two bicycles are included and there is a canoe available for hire.

Renovated charming farmhouse on Öland. The house is located on the eastern side of Öland in the village of Åkerby. This village is located along the eastern road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Proximity to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärby-badet not more than a few kilometers away and only 15 km to the bridge and barely 30 km to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.
