Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

From the top of this duplex "quasi watchtower", you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the bay of Saint-Servan. Located on an exceptional site (the City of Aleth), you will stay a few steps from the beaches of Solidor and the lower Sablons, just 15 minutes on foot from the intramuros.
