Holiday rentals with a sauna in Lantsch/Lenz

Me and my boyfriend André spent 4 days here. The apartment location is amazing and the apartment itself had everything we needed! The check in process was easy and the communication with our host Martin was quick via the airbnb app. We are so pleased with our stay here! We highly recommend it to others.

We enjoyed the cozy chalet in winter and liked the many cooking utensils, open kitchen/living area and surroundings, where you can ski in Savognin, hike on All Flix or go sledging in Bergun, among many other things.

Wonderful apartment in a tranquille Alpine village. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and probably with the most well equipped kitchen I've experienced during my many years as AirBnB guests. Overall - the apartment was _very_ generously equipped (not only the kitchen) in a way few apartments are. You'll have virtually everything you need, and more. Lots of space inside, seating areas, sofas etc and a breathtaking view over the village and the surrounding Alps. The ski lift is a very short walk away, and since there was not snow in the village we walked to the lift. Not a problem at all, it's super close. There's a small but very well equipped grocery store literally 3 min walk from the apartment.  The hosts were enormously helpful and generous. There was a bottle of delicious Prosecco and a handwritten letter waiting for us. Such a nice gesture - we felt instantly at home.  I'm giving this apartment my sincerest recommendations! We feel so privileged to have been able to stay in Sabrina’s beautiful apartment. Exactly as it looked in the photos, yet somehow more spacious. Had everything we needed, including robes, slippers and extra blankets. The bathroom was amazing - incredible steam shower and sauna for your private use. Beds were very clean and comfortable and we loved having the washing machine and dryer right there - so convenient. Location is fantastic. Sabrina is helpful, friendly and very responsive. The things I weren’t that fussed about; the stairs up three levels to the apartment and the ski storage area being about 100m walk away. These wouldn’t stop me coming back. There was lots of help from a friend of Sabrina’s to help bring all our bags up to the apartment when we arrived, which was fantastic. The ski storage is a little inconvenient, but it is large and private and the boot dryers are excellent. Again, I add this only for information. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We were a small family and had a wonderful stay! Everything was absolutely perfect and Tamara was probably the best host we have ever had! Highly recommend and we will likely be back!

There were four of us (2 adults with 2 children). The pull-out sofa bed was totally sufficient for our children. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed for cooking. The apartment is well located and you can quickly reach Flims center by bike or postbus. Top apartment!

It is a very nice, large and very clean accommodation. The large window in the living room was our highlight! We didn't need the TV because of the great view of the mountains 😊 We were able to take many beautiful hikes from the apartment... We would come back anytime. Thank you Nadia!

Check-in was very easy and explained very well by the host in advance. The place was clean and exactly as described. There are numerous restaurants nearby in case you don't want to cook. We can especially recommend breakfast downstairs at the hotel! 😊

Jana is a friendly host. Very helpful and outgoing. We felt at ease. The apartment is very clean and spacious. We were allowed to use the sauna for a small fee. Highly recommendable.

Everything was tip top, everything worked out great. Very pleasant apartment, enough space for 2 people, very well equipped kitchen, beautiful spacious sun terrace. James is very helpful and friendly, has helpful tips and responds quickly. Thank you for the good care, we felt very much at home. Good starting point for our bike tours in the area. Supermarket and restaurants right around the corner. Only the bell tower next door rings very loudly and very frequently (every quarter of an hour) and at 7 a.m. also very long. The Bimmel program runs between 5 pm and midnight. If you have a light sleep, it's a bit annoying :-)

Our family of 5 used Nicole's place in Unterterzen as a home base to visit Switzerland. The apartment was clean, larger than we expected based on the pictures and description, and easily walkable to the train station and grocery store. The kitchen was very well appointed compared to other Airbnb's. The lake and surroundings are grogeous, with easily walkable paths and is close to the Gondola up to Flumersberg and the ferry to other cities around the lake. Everything at the apartment was operational and instructions from Nicole for checkin / checkout were very clear. Nicole was responsive to any questions and needs. We very much enjoyed our stay in Unterterzen and had many memorable experiences we will carry for the rest of our lives.

A very nice, well-kept and cozy apartment. There is everything you need and we felt at home from the beginning. The location directly on the Rhine is great and the village of Andeer is a great starting point for beautiful hikes. The check-in was straightforward and Ladina is a very friendly, helpful hostess. We will be happy to come back .

We stayed at Clio’s place for a few days with our 2 dogs and we had a great time there. Lots of things to do in the cities around it and in Laax. The apartment is cozy and big enough for 2 people and more. Highly recommend! 🙌

Everything was good. Unfortunately it wasn't quite clean. Nevertheless, it was otherwise a great stay.

Enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of this place for four days. Everything spotless - and with all amenities. House sits in a private park with a couple of other houses. True paradise - we would love to come again. You can walk down to the lago - though ended up taking the car most of the time to get to restaurants. A couple of very nice ones in the area - Riva/Shaka (beach club vibe), Osteria Vairano (magnificent view), Rodolfo (excellent local cuisine)

Stayed for a week in May with our 3 teenage kids, the whole family enjoyed the breathtaking views, the traditional Swiss feel, lots of local adventures We will all miss the sounds of the cow bells 😍 already planning a winter trip back, Nicole was a wonderful host and we couldn’t have wished for more

We had a wonderful stay in the very well-equipped house. The sauna and the cooling pool were especially nice.

There were four of us at the house. The house is beautifully decorated and we felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean. We liked the quiet residential area very much. In addition, we were able to take various hikes in the nearby forests directly from the house. Thank you very much for the great hospitality.

Great stay with beautiful views of the mountains. The house had all amenities needed to enjoy a mountain get away and plenty of space for the whole family (plenty of kitchen supplies and firewood). Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Great accessible by public transport, quickly in Bellinzona, but also in nature/hiking trails. Breakfast included and had a lot of things. Rooms very clean. Questions were answered quickly
