Ideally located, the apartment is on the 2nd floor of a small residence in the heart of Larmor-Plage. Restaurants, shops, services and especially beaches, everything is within walking distance immediately. The place is cleaned and disinfected between rentals. Have bikes? A cellar is available for you to store them for storage. At your request, we can make available a baby bed. You are coming by train... the apartment is accessible by bus directly from the train station.

Ground floor on garden, quiet of a residence of standing, very beautiful totally renovated T2 open on a large terrace overlooking the sea. Private garage closed in the basement. But, forget the car! The beach is in direct access, restaurants, beachfront bars and the casino are 100 m. away and shops 300 m away. A coastal path leads to the other beaches. 1 bedroom (bed 2 adults) + 1 sofa bed (1 child). Fully equipped kitchen (Oven-MO-LV-Refrigerator), washer-dryer-TV-box.

Come and enjoy this beautiful sea-facing studio with a large balcony and stunning 180° views of the ocean and Fort Bloqué. You will stay in a bright apartment, with small sea view, the beach is 200m away 😊 The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and bathed in the evening sun. The bedroom with balcony has a large comfortable bed, a cabin bed with hammock for the little ones + 2nd single bed (trundle). In the living room, the sofa is convertible and has a quality mattress. TV and wifi included. On the covered terrace:darts and BBQ!
