It is located on the ground floor of Ludovic's house. The private estate's communal swimming pool is 100 meters away, open from June to mid-September. This natural setting will be ideal for resting and discovering the Pyrénées-Orientales with its Côte Vermeille and in particular Collioure and its vineyards.

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Sorède, bordered by a river, close to the center of the village, 15 minutes from the sea by car. There is a large main room with high ceilings and a kitchen-dining room-living room by the fireplace with TV. On the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed, a baby bed, then a second bedroom with a double bed. In the mezzanine, a bedroom with a double bed and a sitting area with a sofa bed. It is located near the sandy beach and the rocky coast towards Collioure, near Spain, ideal for discovering the region. This accommodation, in a barn adjoining ours, is not intended to host parties and gatherings. It is designed in a family home spirit, perfect for vacations for families or groups of friends, 4 people maximum.

Troglodyte Catalan Studio

The accommodation is situated in an old stone house in the heart of a Catalan village; near restaurants (6), beach (10 min drive), hiking (from the village). The Studio opens on a closed and shaded courtyard (it overlooks a pleasant garden). The apartment by its troglodyte form is naturally cool in summer. Quiet and intimate, it is perfect for couples, solo travelers and four-legged friends. Parking in the village (100m).
