Location close to the beach and street with restaurants, several supermarkets nearby. Great modern apartment with all the amenities that you might need, very helpful and friendly host.

This is a fantastic penthouse apartment. Modern, stylish, spacious and spotlessly clean. The privacy and ocean views are second to none. We didn’t bother with a hire car but chose to use buses instead. These are inexpensive and reliable and you are very well connected to many locations on the island. Kike was responsive, kind and flexible. We would definitely stay there again.

We have spent a great week at Pablo & Mercedes place. They were the perfect hosts and their communication was prompt and informative. I cannot fault any aspect of the apartment it was spotless and as described. It is located only 1 min from the beach and a number of great restaurants. The main shopping area is only a 15 minute walk down the road. There are also frequent buses on the road adjacent to the apartment that can get you anywhere on the island.

Wat een geweldige locatie en schitterend appartement. Het prive dakterras is de slagroom op de taart. Werkelijk heerlijk. Midden in de oude stadswijk Vegueta maar toch super rsutig. Hosts zijn erg vriendelijk en alert. Complimenten👏👏👏

The location of this apartment is great, extremely close to the beach. It was a walkable distance to all amenities. The apartment is well laid out, facilities great, the roof terrace is an absolute bonus , great in the mornings for a cuppa and the blue skies, fabulous for the evening sunsets. All the recommendations the hosts made were fantastic we had some lovely meals at local restaurants that you may miss. Easy to use the local bus service that stops close to the apartment, no car hire required.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt bei Moises. Er hat uns mit seiner warmherzigen Art direkt das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein und uns direkt Restaurantempfehlungen gegeben. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nur ein paar Schritte zum Meer und trotzdem ist es ziemlich ruhig. Die Wohnung war auch super sauber und Moises immer erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This was a great place to stay, great location, clean and looked exactly like the photos. Cira was an excellent host too, responded really quickly with clear instructions. Would definitely recommend staying here !

Reinaldo was a great host who was super-responsive and always happy to help. Apartment was exactly as described. Really clean and comfortable. Location is great as it is right by the beach and the promenade. Not Reinaldos fault whatsoever but just to note that the walls are relatively thin to the a-joining apartments and unfortunately we had some noisy neighbours. We did ask them to turn down music and they did. Just thought it was worth noting. But everything about the space is great and Reinaldo was brilliant. Thanks so much.

Nice apartement in Las palmas, close to the bus station San Telmo and to the old town of Vaguete. Really nice bars nearby for breakfast as well. We loved the rooftop garden and all the suggesting our host gave us for our stay. Very much recomended!

A really enjoyable stay. The location is excellent and the beautiful beach and promenade are on the doorstep. Equally, there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and local shopping places all within easy reach. Fernando was a most excellent host and he also provided great ideas for things to do. We particularly liked that he arranged for an airport transfer to/from the apartment for small and very reasonable fee. Not sure if he will be doing this in the future, but we would highly recommend he does because it's a great touch. The apartment itself was spotless and exactly as shown in the pictures. The balcony is a wonderful feature and allowed us the privacy we were looking for. Fernando remained on hand throughout our stay and responded quickly to a few queries that we had. Overall, we would highly recommend this apartment and the hosts. An excellent experience!

El apartamento está genial, muy bien situado, enfrente de la playa las canteras y cerca de lugares de ocio.Estaba muy limpio y contaba con toallas, sábanas, gel y champú y llavadora, lo imprescindible para pasar unos días de vacaciones. La terracita tiene una cristalera que evita que pase el viento y da casi todo el día el sol en ella.Les doy las gracias al equipo de living canteras y a su anfitrión Juán que estuvieron en contacto con nosotros todo momento. Amazing property, as described. Has everything you need. The most amazing view to wake up to every morning. Beach front plenty of bars and restaurants, evening noise was minimal with occasional bursts of night life sound but nothing to keep you awake not bad for a city centre. I would suggest that this property is not ideal for a family with young children, first night we had a issue with neighbours below as our four year old was so excited, having to try and keep a four year old quiet and not play with toys on the floor wasn't ideal. But we muddled through and it was just the first night was a issue. Regardless this wouldn't deter us in the future as we know what to expect.

Anais è stata super carina, nell’accoglienza all’arrivo a casa, nellaiutarmi in qualsiasi problema personale, la casa e’ super!

Carlos est très accueillant et a eu la gentillesse de nous attendre malgré notre arrivée tardive. Il a pris le temps de nous parler de son île et de nous laisser toutes les informations utiles à notre séjour. Merci à lui . L’appart est à 5mn de la plage des restaurants et des commerces et à 10mn des bus. Très bien situé .

Very nice Appartment for couples. It's like one big room, it was perfect for honeymoon. The hot tub was amazing, you can just watch tv while in the hot tub, amazing. Would come here again!

Recomendable 100%, la zona era muy tranquila , ideal para venir a relajarse y disfrutar de la isla , todo muy bien conectado y comunicado , la piscina y terraza increíble, a más a más de las habitaciones la cocina etc.… repetiremos seguro !!

Hallo, wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Apartment verbracht und es war wunderschön. Schon allein die Aussicht die dieses Apartment bietet ist atemberaubend. Jacuzzi ist wie beschrieben die Kirsche auf der Torte. Die Wohnung ist in einem Einwohner Viertel. Viele Restaurants und Cafés sind aber vor der Tür. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt hinter dem Apartment. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist gut. Was uns nur aufgefallen ist, es gibt wenig Stauraum in der Küche, oder allgemein in der Wohnung für Sachen. Es war aber kein Problem bei einem 1 wöchigen Urlaub. Miguel war immer hilfsbereit und hat uns direkt auf jede Nachricht geantwortet. Gerne wieder, danke dass wir die Möglichkeit hatten diesen schönen Urlaub bei euch zu verbringen. :)

Lucia's apartment is perfect for exploring Las Palmas de GC. It is only 100mtrs from the boardwalk along Las Cantaras beach, and has a huge selection of restaurants and shops. A few minutes walk in the other direction and you are in a park with trails and more beaches. Buses stop about a 15 minute walk away, and will take you all over the city or island. The apartment is well appointed with comfortable furniture, is very clean, and feels quite luxurious with a large jetted bathtub in the master bedroom. We received a home manual ahead of time which gave us everything we needed to know, and the apartment has everything you need, we did not have to purchase any sundries for our 5 day stay. We will definitely return!

This is a fantastic place. It is exactly how is picture. We stayed for almost two weeks with other toddle and the place had everything for us. Parking is great. We will book again in our next visit

Appartement au top très propre moderne neuf il ne manque rien, María est un vrai bijoux, agréable, sympathique, toujours réactive. La plage se trouve à 5 mn de l’appartement elle est superbe, il y a à 10 mn à pied tout ce qu’il vous faut en petits commerces, restaurants etc, 15 mn en voiture de Palma et 30 mn max de la zone touristique (Maspalomas,meloneras, Pasito Blanco etc) Bref y’a vraiment rien a redire sur cet appartement il est tout simplement magnifique une terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur la mer phénoménale . A l’année prochaine María 😉👍💪

Ein ganz toller Ort mit tollen Menschen. Wir waren zwei Nächte mit zwei Erwachsenen und einem 2-Jährigen dort. Es war ein Paradies. Ein sehr schönes Grundstück mit süßen Tieren und den zwei Pools. Von dort aus kann man schöne Ausflüge machen und abends im Hot Tub liegen und die Sterne anschauen. Check in war problemlos, Check out zeitlich flexibel. Jede Frage wurde schnell beantwortet und Wünsche wie Babybett und Waschen schnell umgesetzt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Auszeit!! :)

Alberto’s place was fantastic. Right by the beach with amazing views, clean and convenient with lots to do within walking distance. We had a great stay!
