Sehr helle u. freundliche Wohnung in gepflegtem Haus. Toller Service zweimal wöchentlich mit Reinigung u. Wäschewechsel. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Mi estancia ha sido perfecta. Todo cerca para moverte por la ciudad sin coche y un plus por viajar con mascota. El apartamento es muy cómodo y sobre todo, muy limpio. Javier ha sido atento en todo momento, muchas gracias. Cuándo venga a Las Palmas buscaré alojamiento aquí.

Estuvimos 4 amigas pasando unos días para conocer la isla y no pudimos estar más agusto! El apartamento cumplía con todo lo que necesitábamos y su ubicación fue clave para hacer turismo por la zona. Además, la comunicación con Ana Elisa fue excelente. Muy recomendable!

Literally two minutes from the beach and easy enough to get to the old town by bus from Avenida José Mesa y López - the number 17 bus or ‘guagua’. Great restaurants and cafés nearby. The studio itself was fine for one person. Nice and quiet and with a kitchenette and en suite bathroom. I was very comfortable. The staff were great and helped me whenever I needed it. Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil. La maison est bien située avec une belle vue sur les montagnes et nous avons bien profité de la grande terrasse et de la piscine. L’endroit est paisible et calme.C’etait très agréable de prendre le petit déjeuner le matin ainsi que l’apéritif le soir sur la terrasse. La petite ville de Mogan est proche avec des commerces et de très bons restaurants. L’emplacement de cette maison est un bon point de départ pour visiter l’île. Donc nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci aussi pour les petites attentions et de quoi faire le petit déjeuner.

Nuestra estancia ha sido maravillosa. La ubicación está genial ya que la calle general pues por lo que no explico el señor René comunica con la playa. El apartamento tiene olor a nuevo! Eso nos encanto, la limpieza y orden le damos un 10 😊… el apartamento tiene de todo, lo recomendamos al 100% para pasar unas buenas vacaciones sin duda! Agradecidos con todo!!! Volvemos seguro!

Samen met mijn vriend heb ik een geweldige tijd gehad in het appartement. Het is precies zoals op de foto’s. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en super schoon. Daarnaast is het een superfijne locatie, met alles op loopafstand en een privéparkeerplek in de garage. Ik raad iedereen dit appartement aan! Bedankt voor de fijne tijd!

Everything was perfect - the appartment was very big, we were one couple and a baby but can easily fit two couples - kitchen with everything you need to cook. We cooked every day for the baby - bedrooms are just enough to get rest. Sheets clean, comfortable mattress, spacious wordrobe, etc - the place is very quiet, comparing to the lots of other places we've stayed in Gran Canaria I would personally say the appartment is extremely quiet. - beach is around 10 minutes walk. - check in extremely easy. I was a bit late because it was hard to manage with the baby, the host waited for us. Check out as well. We stayed for around 3 weeks here but we'll definitely consider to come back next year

Nära till strandpromenaden, nära till liten matbutik. Restauranger i närheten. Bra boende med liten balkong mot gatan. Rent o fint i lägenheterna. Tyst när balkongdörr stängdes, så bra sömn. Framför allt: Bra Kommunikation med Leticia❣️ Det Enda som var mindre bra, var vid ankomsten. Försökte skriva in våra uppgifter i entrén, men ingen av de 2 ”plattorna” fungerade. Det hade även det Trevliga paret från Barcelona fått erfara. Så: Bäst ange alla uppgifter hemifrån. Sammantaget en Mycket Positiv Upplevelse, vad gällde boendet o Värdinnan👍

We have stayed at La Colonial Suites before, although not in this apartment, but so glad we came back and experienced staying in Atico. Again, it spotless and beautifully decorated. The roof terrace is amazing. Lots of seating, and views over the rooftops to the sea. The area is lovely. Quiet but with many restaurants in walking distance. Have already recommended La Colonial Suites to others and will continue to do so. Thanks again!
