Apartment holiday rentals in Lastra a Signa

It was the last accommodation of our family's trip to Italy. It was really comfortable like my own home, like a Korean apartment. Kitchen appliances and built-in fixtures are very high quality and have a sophisticated interior. In addition, it was a cozy location where I could properly feel the village of Florence, not a complicated tourist destination, so I was able to have a new experience. The gelato shop nearby was really the best. I'm returning with the last good memories of my trip to Italy in a wonderful and comfortable accommodation where I can feel the host's sense. Thank you for your kindness. I highly recommend this place.

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

Carlo and Elena are the sweetest couple and their welcome was so warm and friendly, it made us feel right at home!! There are extra touches like a few things to eat and drink that make a big difference too in feeling home right away. They’re also very reactive and helpful if you need them! The place is beautiful, very thoughtfully decorated and we loved being close to Florence but not in it!! We recommend 100% to stay there after staying for an entire week!

We rented the house for about ten days for the holidays. The house is beautiful and was beautifully decorated for Christmas, thank you so much for contributing to the success of our holidays in Italy. The owner is nice and available, we fully enjoyed our stay close to Florence, in the olive groves.

Highly recommend anyone new to Italy to try San gimigano first. Staying here allowed us flexibility to explore other cities and had plenty of great spots in walking distance. Lorenzo provided fantastic recommendations and assisted with everything we asked for.

We had a lovely stay here and it was so close to the train station which made it easy to go back and forth to Florence centre. It was really clean and the hosts were really great with responding if I had any queries. Would 100% stay again if I came back to Florence :)

5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Beautiful place to stay if you’re looking for something further out to enjoy a more scenic stay outside the city! Easy enough to get the bus into the city of Florence for the day also so best of both worlds! The decor and design of the place was beautiful also.

We have never recovered so quickly and well as in this remote, beautiful and wonderfully simple cottage in the middle of the Tuscan hills. We rarely had such peace and quiet anywhere. In addition, the surroundings were beautifully scenic and the paths not far to the most important cities such as Florence, Pistoia, Lucca or Siena. Filippo gave us valuable excursion tips and restaurant recommendations and is a great man and also a nice and educated conversation partner. We only met Benedetta briefly upon our arrival, but she is certainly the good soul and worker in the background. We felt totally comfortable with the two and are grateful for a heavenly holiday week!

Wonderful space in the heart of San Miniato. Walter was an excellent communicator and we appreciated the detailed information on parking and the generously stocked pantry & refrigerator. We enjoyed the outdoor balcony space and exploring the charming town.

We had a great time! Cleanliness, organization, order, Isabella is very helpful. Truly first class. We found some information about the area, its restaurants, and how to get around comfortably. And, not to be overlooked, Isabella assisted us both in entering the facility and at the time of departure. I didn't need it, but I have the impression that if I had needed more information about the area, I could have contacted her. A truly exquisite person! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟➕🌟 Brava!

Lola’s place was great, and an easy walk to everything, yet in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard is beautiful and peaceful when we wanted to get away from all the tourists. Lola was also the best host we’ve experienced thru AirBNB. She took care of a minor problem immediately and was always checking on us and giving us good recommendations. Highly recommend her place.

Our stay at Luca’s place in Florence was wonderful. The location was extremely convenient with main attractions like the uffizi and galleria dell’academia just a short walk away. The apartment is also located in a very nice square that is lively and fun, but not noisy from the room. There are many restaurants and shops just down the stairs. The room itself was all that we could have wanted. The whirlpool tub was a very nice feature, the bed was conformable, and the atmosphere of the room was very cozy. If we return to Florence, we would love to stay at Luca’s place again!

Easy check in and out. Beautiful space and much bigger than expected. Great place to relax and explore if staying in the city. Really no negatives, book it and be happy.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Apartment as described. Very clean and comfortable. The center is a 10-minute walk away. Always top-notch and very kind communication. When I return to Florence, if there is the possibility, I will return to this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Emily's apartment is the perfect location to explore Lucca. She was extremely helpful when communicating and very prompt when replying to any queries.

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

Friendly & super responsive host. Loved the Italian architecture of the building, but comfortable within the renovated interiors of the unit. Stayed in Time room with seniors & a child, had all necessary amenities. Great location, far enough from the chaos yet close to the main square & train station.
