Monthly Rentals in Lattes

Where to start ... I hesitate not to say too much, just to keep this gem available for next time! Joke apart, everything was perfect. Space to park in the parking lot just downstairs, easy access (even if fatigue has guided us to the wrong door!) but everything is back in order with a very responsive host! The place is spacious (it's little to say), comfortable and very well decorated! So it's a 10 out of 10 for us. If you're looking for a place to stay near Montpellier, it should catch your attention. Of course no outside, but by taking the car you can easily visit the area and its beaches. A big thank you for this rental which was perfect and as advertised! We will be sure to come back if the need is there.

Very clean apartment and as described. Right next to my training center where I spent a few days. Seemingly spacious, it feels like home! Julien is responsive to requests, it's a pleasure. I would recommend it 100%

Very friendly welcome with a quick presentation of the accommodation and human contact. The apartment is completely in line with the description and photos with simple but effective amenities. And everything is very clean. The neighborhood is quieter than it seems. The air conditioning was very appreciable and the parking space as well. The accommodation is well located between the beach and the city of Montpellier. Thank you so much for your stay!

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. Its location is really perfect for nature lovers: it is surrounded by bike paths, parks and greenery. The tram and Montpellier city center are just a ten-minute walk away. There are also restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. Our hosts were also kind enough to drive us to the point where we had to go after our departure. We sincerely thank them for everything.
