Villa La Magnolia, 10 minutes from Avignon intra-muros, located in the charming town of Villeneuve-les-Avignon. You will have 700 m² of outdoor space, with a swimming pool nestled at the top of a small hill and offering a unique, very pleasant and unobstructed view. Modern and well-equipped interior for a comfortable stay in this villa with quality services. Two parking spaces and bus access 1 min walk away. Avignon TGV station is 10 minutes drive, or taxi. Welcome!

Detached house, located in the countryside on our wooded property, near our Provençal farmhouse, where you can relax as close to nature as possible in a green setting. You can stay independently, but also enjoy our region rich in history, its terroir and outdoor activities (cycling, canoeing, horseback riding, hiking...). The pool is reserved for you throughout your stay from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. It is treated with salt, it is not heated. The village is 2 km away.

This accommodation The house is located in a quiet area. The secure gate opens onto a path and a garden full of Mediterranean flowers and shrubs. An avenue of olive trees leads to the swimming pool. The three bedrooms open onto the garden, without any vis-à-vis. The villa is spacious, comfortable and warm. The covered terrace (facing south) has a dominant view of the garden with a large wooden table for 6 people, offering a peaceful stay for the whole family.

The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
