Great Airbnb! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Madrid. It is located in the perfect area, everything is walking distance. The photos don’t do this place justice, it’s even nicer in person! Beautiful little apartment that’s very clean and the AC works great. I didn’t have to take any transportation except to the airport. And since it is in the middle of everything, there can be a lot of traffic so I do recommend you request your taxis via app 30 minutes before (it can take up to 10 mins to even get one).

We had a great time. Very comfortable apartment for two and you can receive two visits to eat. Very kind and attentive to our co-host Vojko to the queries we made. Close to downtown, Main Museums, Atocha if you are traveling by train to another city. You are walking and arriving in 10' . Cute and quaint Barrio Lavapies. There are shops for provisions nearby and many bars 4' from the apartment. It is on the 4th floor by stairs but up well. Likewise, you will see that no 4 story housing building has an elevator.

Sergio's apartment was fabulous....we would describe it as a junior studio...the bedroom is not separated by a closed door but far enough away from the living room area to afford privacy...with the doors and windows closed, the apartment was very quiet for sleeping. The double bed was very comfortable...not too firm and not soft!! The neighborhood was lively...great restaurants all up and down the street...great walking area...in fact, we walked all over the city!! We would recommend this apartment to anyone seeking to enjoy what the center city of Madrid has to offer...always felt very safe...even walking home at 2 am! The apartment location is excellent, very centrally located. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable and the space was a little small. I think this apartment is better for only 2 people. Besides that, Andrea is a great host apartment was clean, and the check-in instructions were pretty clear. and we had a great experience in Madrid..

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!

This apartment is perfect - it is spacious, super clean, and really well equipped (washing machine, oven, kitchen essentials, iron, hairdryer, shower gel etc, even an umbrella!). The terrace is perfect for relaxing. The area is very pretty with lots of nice coffee shops, bars and restaurants and it is very close (walking distance) to all main tourist areas. Despite this, the apartment is also still very peaceful - even on Friday night we could hear any noise. Igor is very responsive and helpful. I would say it is better than the pictures. Thank you!

Localização excelente, próximo a estações de Metrô, restaurantes e mercados de bairro. O imóvel estava bem equipado, com máquina de lavar & secar, lava loucas, micro-ondas, ar condicionado split, tv de tela grande etc.

The apartment was wonderful - comfy space and had everything we needed for our stay. Host responded promptly and always ready to help with any questions arise (thank you for the flea market recommendation!). The surrounding area was great too, absolutely loved the coffee and bakery down the stretch.

We enjoyed the neighborhood…residential area (so we felt part of the neighborhood) and in easy walking distance to grocery stores, bars, restaurants, fun shops, coffee bars, many museums, the Royal Conservatory of Music (free student performances!).

Ana Cristina is very easy to communicate with, she is helpful and flexible. Her appartment in Lavapies is a great place to stay if you want to experience the real Madrid.

You simply could not find a better apartment in Madrid. Javier’s apartment is stunning, comfortable, and in the perfect location-in the heart of La Latina just a short walk to Calle Cava Baja yet it is still peaceful and quiet inside. It’s an absolute gem.

Great place. We just spent several days with the family and it was so easy to walk to all the main attractions, most of them 15 min away. Including Museo Reina Sofía, Museo Thyssen, El Prado. Also Parque del Retiro, Puerta del Sol and much more. Lots of restaurants and bars. A bit noisy at night which is a trade off for staying in such a centric location. The flat is well equipped for longer stays and very well kept.

L appartement est tres bien situé, dans un quartier très vivant. Il est neuf, tres bien entretenu et propre. Il est au 4 e étage et donc bien ensoleillé. Avec la clim, il est agréable, même en période de chaleur.

Very stylish apartment, fabulous sun terrace which is a rare find in city centre Madrid. Cool neighbourhood, quirky shops, tapas restaurants. Really comfortable and homely apartment. Really friemdly communication. We loved it ❤️

We had a very pleasant and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and can be reached at all times if you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from the great Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Rafael was a real landlord. Always friendly in communications that they had very quickly. The apartment is 200 meters from the Tirso de Molina metro station from which you can then reach any point of the city. Clean and tidy.

Our stay at the apartment went very well! The apartment is well-equipped, in the semi-basement which allows you to keep it cool! The bedding is comfortable and the bathroom is great (special mention to the jacuzzi after long walks!) The mini terrace is nice! The neighborhood is quiet while having everything within walking distance: supermarket, small shops, multiple bus stops (the best way to get around from the apartment to the more touristy sites!)

We had a wonderful stay here,we didn’t have a kettle so contacted the host and he brought a new one to us as soon as he could.Very comfy bed and lovely location.Would recommend.

Renovated apartment with open spaces in very good location, an excellent option for when you visit Madrid

If I could give this place 20 stars I would!! - Our hosts were responsive, thoughtful, kind and considerate with every touch point in the suite. So many GREAT recommendations too! - This Airbnb is one of the cutest I have had the pleasure to stay at - not just the adorable design elements, but the efficient layout, well appointed amenities and the general positive energy in the neighbourhood all contributed to a fabulous stay - The location cannot be more central - literally mere steps away from the hustle and bustle of Gran Via and beyond, but still tucked away enough that it's ALWAYS quiet and peaceful - No matter how hot it got outside (and it was HOT during our visit), the space somehow magically remained cool & comfortable! Even though it's fully equipped with AC in the living room and AC and a ceiling fan in the bedroom, at no point did we feel the need to turn them on. It's like a miracle! - Soooo many restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc in the immediate proximity GRACIAS!
