Excellent property in great condition with all needed amenities. Perfect to travel with toddlers (cradle and high chair in perfect condition were provided by the host). The location could not be any better! It's within walking distance to all major landmarks, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. We had an amazing time during our two-week stay and it could not have been possible without this great lodging option and the support of out host, Arturo.

Apartment was really nice, great location. Couldn't hear any noise from the street. Very easy, self check-in. Would stay there again.

Excellent location, close to metro stations, restaurants and neighborhood markets. The property was well equipped, with washer & dryer, crazy lava, microwave, split air conditioning, big screen tv etc.

As first time visitors to Madrid, I felt like Nuria’s place was close to everything we wanted to see and do. It’s close to the palace, Retiro park, Gran Via, etc… it’s also a few steps to the metro station if you want to venture further out of town(we did a day trip to Segovia). I would stay there again if I come back to Madrid.

Absolutely loved our stay here in Madrid. Great location. Right in the heart of everything but surprisingly not noisy at night. Apartment was just right for us. The patio area was amazing with the 37 degree heat. Perfect private sunbathing. Morning cuppa outside watching the swallows was divine. Would 100% recommend.

Just as described. Lots of closets, very clean, surrounded by lots restaurants, retiro park is just 10mins walk and train station is 5mins. My family and I enjoyed our stay, we got lots of things to do. I highly recommend.

Great location! In the center of everything, but still quiet in the apartment. AC is great! Alvaro was very welcoming, explained all the appliances to us, and gave local recommendations for food and drink. We ate at one of the restaurants he recommended on the first night and it was great! We had three guests. Couch has spare sheets and pillows, and is long enough to sleep on once made up. Great experience all around.

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment is spacious, very clean and well equipped. Excellent air condition! In a fantastic area!! Near Plaza de España, metro, La Gran Via, restaurants, shops, Palacio Real, and supermarket. Would definitely come back!!

Fantastic place, very cosy and Rosario was an excellent communicator. would fully recommend to any couple or solo traveller looking for a base to see Madrid.

All good. Comfortable shirts. The only thing we missed was trash bags, but otherwise great.

If there was a rating above 5, we would have given it! The perfect apartment! Private pool and building pool, gym, parking, 2 beautiful terraces all very well equipped, finally a real quality Airbnb! Ramon gave us excellent addresses for lunch while waiting for the arrival time, was accommodating to let us leave a little later! We look forward to coming back soon

Victor's place felt like we were at home. The layout is lovely and is ideally located. The host was friendly and responsive. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Everything was perfect, the apartment was very nice, clean and with clear instructions. The only thing, unless I'm mistaken (I didn't read it) is that it had stairs to access the apartment and I was traveling with a person who had difficulty going up and down. But other than that, I recommend it 100%. Accessible to the center both by public transport and by taxi. It has been a great experience.

Our experience was excellent. The property's condition, cleanliness, and location are perfect, with plenty of options for food, transportation, a gym, a pharmacy, a hair salon, and a market. Patricia and Miguel are wonderful. We will definitely return in the future.

If you are looking for a perfect location, this is it! This place is located a few meters away from the Sofia museum, very central for walking and exploring the city. Not only that, but the major train station is just a 5 min walk away and metro is also close by. The flat itself was roomy and the bed was comfortable. I was traveling solo, but i could see this being good for a couple. Overall a great stay and would return next time I'm in Madrid.

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

Wonderful flat! Comfortable with lovely view of the street. Plenty of bedding and kitchen supplies. Amazing location close to public transit, cabs, restaurants, cafes, and all tourism sites. Amazingly quiet given how close to the action. Stepping onto the street was suddenly private. There are markets nearby for food and essentials. The host was not only incredibly kind and timely, but even flexible with check in. Highly recommend and would love to return!

The apartment was in a perfect location to restaurants, bars and pinxos!!! We loved the neighborhood and very walkable! The apartment was quiet; the A/C was cold and wonderful (it was really hot) cooled the whole apt. Igor was helpful and responded quickly from making the reservation to checkout- highly recommend!

The apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. Air conditioning in both rooms, well-equipped kitchen. Good water pressure in the shower. Suitable for long stays for a couple.
