XX, with signatures such as those of Pierre Folie (Jacques Charpentier), Paco Rabanne and the Spanish designer Oscar Tusquets. The Loft has a double bed (1.50 x 1.90) and an extra individual bed for a child not older than 16 years. Emiliano and Javier are available for what our guest needs. Just in Paseo del Prado Area, reciently declared by UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE over 400 years ago, literary figures Lope de Vega, Calderón de la Barca, or Cervantes himself live in the Barrio de las Letras. Today it is one of the main attractions of Madrid. The area is home to museums, art, restaurants, and bars. Perfectly communicated, located in the same exit of the metro station "Antón Martín", in the vicinity of the ATOCHA station, this apartment is located five minutes walk from the main tourist attractions of Madrid: Plaza de Santa Ana, from Sol or from the Plaza Mayor.

Cosy and warm at Chueca's heart.A real treasure.

Totally refurbished loft with modern features but with a cosy feeling. The outdoor patio is very rare to find in central Madrid. Spacious layout and very high ceiling. Double glazing, individual gas heating, kitchen fully equipped .Double good mattress bed. Is very quiet. You don’t hear a noise despite being at one of the trendiest area, full of restaurants shops and fashionable bars. At the best location to visit the whole Madrid by foot.You will love it.Trust me.

Loft tranquilo, con encanto en el centro de Madrid

Mi escondite, es un loft tranquilo ya que no da a la calle, está muy bien diseñado y es muy còmodo.Tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia agradable. Está muy céntrico con supemercado abierto 24 horas y un mercado a 20 metros con restaurantes y sitios de tapas. Si es domingo podèis ir andando al rastro, que es espectacular, andando a museos, parque del retiro, estación de Atocha y metro a 20m. Totalmente desifectado tras cada salida. OS ESPERAMOS
