Holiday rentals with lake access in Lavena Ponte Tresa

Thank Serenella for hosting us. The apartment was pristine, view was beautiful, basket was full of complimentary items. Anyone that needs some time to collect themselves and be away from civilizition and think things through, this is the spot! Thanks again .

Our group of 4 had a wonderful stay at the window to the lake. Beautiful views also to the surrounding Tremezzo and mountains along with a very comfortable stay. We travelled to other locations on Lake Como and even had a night in cooking dinner and drinking wine from the local market. Thanks to Elena E Mara for a great stay!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Casa Tilde in Dervio! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen – nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum See und zu den wichtigsten Geschäften und Restaurants. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Gastgeber: Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an super freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen oder kleinen Anliegen konnten wir ihn jederzeit unkompliziert über Chat erreichen und bekamen immer sofort eine Antwort. Das hat uns ein sehr sicheres und willkommenes Gefühl gegeben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung!

Een heerlijk huisje in een authentiek dorp. We hebben genoten van het prachtige uitzicht vanaf het terras op de lekkere bank, heerlijk geslapen op de goede bedden (ook de sofabank) en de regendouche was ook super. Het contact met Kathi en Ivan was zowel snel als heel vriendelijk, gebruik vooral hun reisgids want daar staan hele goede aanbevelingen in. Pognana is een pareltje, je kunt mooie wandelingen maken naaf boven en op het 'strand' beneden zit je in no time. Bar Sonia boven is heel goed en gezellig, je bent er zo een vaste klant. Ook Marvin, onze hond, heeft genoten, er was nog een verrassing voor hem bij aankomst, heel lief! Je zit heerlijk privé in het huisje, soms hoor je de bovenburen, maar dat was niet storend. Van Bar Sonia hoor je overigens niets. Heel erg bedankt dat we mochten blijven en hopelijk tot ziens!

It was fantastic to stay right on the lake with a private patio. We cooked dinner one night and walked to a restaurant the other night of our stay. Beautiful views. Swans visited the water below the patio. I enjoyed the layout with high ceiling and bed on the second floor. The air conditioning worked well - which was great after the journey to the lake on a hot day. We also made pasta in Lierna - with Annamaria, and went swimming in the lake. Great experience staying in Bellano.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable location of this home. Being directly on the lake, the views are nothing short of magical. Waking up in the morning and looking out over the water from the bedroom felt like something out of a dream — peaceful, serene, and impossibly beautiful. The lake was quite literally at our doorstep. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. Every little detail was taken care of, and we felt instantly at ease. A special shoutout to our host, who went above and beyond when we realized last minute that we had forgotten to include our mother-in-law as a guest. It was entirely our oversight, and yet the host was kind, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. That kind of graciousness makes all the difference when you’re traveling. We can’t say enough good things about this place — the comfort, the views, the hospitality. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here, book it. Can’t wait to return

Nico was an exceptional host from start to finish. Communication was spot on — he was responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. He gave us excellent local recommendations, coordinated transportarion/drivers, and even took us to the grocery store upon arrival. The home was exactly as described — recently remodeled, very comfortable, and with a stunning view of the lake. Nico welcomed us with thoughtful touches including a bottle of champagne, pastries, and cold waters waiting in the fridge, which made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again!

My husband and i stayed here on our honeymoon and it was our favourite place. The hosts were so incredibly warm and welcoming. From communicating before we arrived about the strikes and train issues to helping us book our transportation home and having the most lovely gift and hand painted welcome card for our honeymoon upon our arrival it was all heavenly. They are the kindest humans. The views from the apartment are stunning and the private location is a quick walk away from town - it’s nice not to be in tourist central! There are also private beaches for lake access and the best restaurant across the street. It was all a dream and we will definitely be back!!

Loved our stay. Truly a beautiful and quiet part of the lake. The flat was perfect for two and we loved being able to just step outside for a dip in the lake. Would highly recommend.

This place is amazing! The quiet nights on the patio, or walking down to the lake to enjoy the lights in the castle with evening setting on Lake Como were so wonderfully relaxing. I would recommend to anyone wanting to escape the insanity of Varenna. Other pluses. Town parking pass for Dervio. Amazing breakfast waiting for the ferry there, full kitchen for spectacular sunset meals with the best view of the lake!

The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning. We especially loved sitting out on the balcony watching all those enjoying the beautiful lake. Gandria is a lovely, historic, charming village with several lively restaurants to choose from and the Sentiero dell'olivo being an absolute must. Jonathan was extremely responsive and provide clear directions (with photos!) on how to access points of interest! We'd highly recommend.

Thank you Nicoletta for our stay in this beautiful, peaceful and totally relaxing apartment. Sitting on the terrace at all times of the day and night with just the sounds of the waves, church bells and occasional boats was unbelievably relaxing. The immediate locality was so friendly - we loved the cafe aurora which had the warmest welcome and lovely home cooked food - also the Giardano a Lago was a lovely place to enjoy a drink with generous portions of food right by the lake- but it was also magical to eat in the apartment sitting on the terrace as the sun went down and the lights across the lake started to twinkle. The C25 bus, which was mostly reliable. made heading along the coast to Como or Agregno (where we had the most fabulous 2 hours on the lake after renting a boat from the company you suggested) so very easy and we were very glad not to have a car. Thank you again for all your suggestions and help and we hope to return before too long - a perfect holday destination.

Our absolutely favourite stay in Italy! Just loved the apartment and the surrounding gardens. Marzia was very welcoming and on arrival and gave us a grand tour of the total complex and gardens (which were absolutely stunning!!) The apartment was lovely, and very comfortable, and having an outdoor patio was definitely a bonus! It was very private and relaxing, but only a 20 minute walk into Bellagio tourist area There was a supermarket, and some lovely restaurants close by. Both Marzia and Lorenzo were great to liaize with and we loved our stay with them so much, that we are definitely returning next year

Wir durften fünf wunderschöne Tage in der traumhaften Villa direkt am Lago Maggiore erleben. Die Villa ist unterhalb der Strasse gelegen, sodass der Lärm von den Autos nur schwach zu hören ist (der Weg nach unten mit einigen Treppenstufen war für uns kein Problem). Wir haben die Wohnung Limone im 2. Stock gemietet: die Wohnung ist mit viel Geschmack sehr schön eingerichtet und wir fanden alles sauber und sehr gut vorbereitet vor. Die Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore ist traumhaft! Die Kommunikation und Betreuung durch Sabine und Albert war sehr angenehm, unsere Anfragen wurden schnell und freundliche und kompetent beantwortet. Cannero Riviera ist ein schöner Ort, welcher zu Fuss rasch zu erreichen ist. Wir hoffen, dass wir wieder einmal dort Tage verbringen können und können diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen!

The views are wonderful and the location is great. Close to restaurants, bus and ferry stop. Excellent host, extremely helpful when I needed a doctor.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Aussicht aus der Villa war wunderschön!! Die Gastgeberin ist auch sehr freundlich und jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit Das Highlight war der Pool mit der Aussicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Es ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft in ruhiger, von schöner Natur umgebener Lage. Man sollte allerdings sehr gut zu Fuß unterwegs sein, oder ein Auto besitzen. Und man sollte fit im Serpentinen Fahren sein. 😂 Alles in Allem ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, den wir nur weiter empfehlen können.

Cinizia was the best Airbnb host I've ever had, hands down!!! Her place is so special, and she went out of her way to greet me when I arrived and explain everything to me thoroughly. She is the absolute sweetest, and she puts so much thought + care into her cabins. My stay there was truly special. Her garden is absolutely beautiful. 10/10, I can't say enough nice things about Cinizia! xx

Todella kiva huoneisto mahtavalla näköalalla Como-järvelle. Huoneistossa kaikki tarvittava. Helppo sisäänkirjautuminen. Rauhallista ja todella siistiä. Voi lämpimästi suositella!

Frederico's apartment is a little piece of paradise on earth. The view is amazing. They were super nice during our conversations and gave us great recommendations on what to visit in the area.

We had a fantastic time staying in Dervio at Francesco’s place and exploring the towns surrounding lake Como. The place is perfect for so many reasons, the location is great, right on a small beach with amazing views and a walking path that takes you into town. It’s a short 7 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to downtown area with restaurants. There are tons of old walkways that allow you to explore the area. We spent a couple days taking the train and ferry to Bellano, Veranna, and Bellagio (very happy to be in Dervio). We also have two small kids and found the place was great for families with crib, beds with guard rails, and a high chair, along with a playground that just out the front door. The gates were excellent for preventing kids from going to the road or to the lake. The best part was Francesco and his family, they are very warm and welcoming! We spent time with him, his father, aunt, and cousin and very much enjoyed getting to know them!

Wir haben wunderschöne 4 Tage im Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist genial und der private Strand ist einfach traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war schnell und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sauber und der Garten mit der wunderschönen Aussicht ist genial. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Hunden und für uns war es perfekt. Die Hunde können nicht vom privaten Strand ins Wasser (Wasser ist nur über 2 Leitern begehbar) aber 10m vom Haus entfernt können sie ganz einfach baden. Die Stelle ist toll um mit den Hunden zu baden. Die Wendeltreppe war für unsere (Mittelgrossen) Hunde auch nicht machbar aber sie haben problemlos oben im Wohnzimmer geschlafen und wir schliefen unten im Schlafzimmer. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und das Recyclin System vom Gastgeber perfekt vorbereitet. Alles war sehr sauber bei unserer Ankunft. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen und werden definitiv wieder zurückkommen.

Fijn, ruim en schoon huis op een prachtige plek met uitzicht op het Comomeer! We konden vroeger inchecken met duidelijke instructie via de app. Radu kwam even later uitleg en informatie geven. We hebben het contact met Radu als prettig ervaren, vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar absoluut niet storend
