An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

Shared garden and laundry room. The house, despite being surrounded by woods and vineyards, is only 2’by car (15’ on foot) from the bus stop and pizzeria, Tearoom, bar. 15’by car from the center of Bellinzona. Exit the Bellinzona-sud motorway, 5’ and 25’ walk from the train station. Great for hiking and biking.

Bus number 3 or 4 from the train station, bus stop: Monti della Trinità. The stairs to the house go up in Via del Tiglio.

Casa Müsu, a charming rustic home in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu is a charming little cottage completely renovated. It is located at the foot of Pizzo Vogorno, halfway between Locarno and the Verzasca pools in Lavertezzo and Brione. The first bedroom is on the second floor of the main body: it has a double bed. The second is ten meters from Casa Müsu: it is accessed by a covered external staircase and has a double bed (as in the photo) or two single beds. A third bed can be added. Casa Müsu has a private parking space.

Located in a newly renovated building from an environmental point of view, the hot water and heating is generated by a fire pit. Electricity is provided by the photovoltaic panels installed on the roof of the building.
