Nice spot in a beautiful area , if you are unfamiliar with Seattle and the layout this is the fancy nice safe part of town overlooking gorgeous water - great airbnb location!

Great stay in a cool one-bedroom ADU. Location was perfect for us, as we were doing most things on that side of town...Queen Anne, Ballard and Magnolia. Great neighborhood, many parks, very safe and lots of street parking, too! We liked the layout and amenities, and both Bart and Bridgette helped make it an easy stay. They were very responsive when we had questions, and they were excellent hosts overall. I would absolutely recommend this location on your next trip to Seattle!

We keep coming back! It's comfy and cozy for two, and it's convenient for visiting Ballard or getting to downtown Seattle. The description and pictures of the space are accurate, and we appreciate the well-laid out space.

Kristin Anne is an incredible host who lives right above the rental. There are thoughtful amenities throughout, and the temperature remained comfortable during the month of May. Greenlake park is a short walk away and there are plenty of things to do in Wallingford.

Fantastic place to stay. Would 100% recommend. The hosts were wonderful and provided extra special touches such as snacks, maps, bus line routes and fantastic recommendations of places to eat and visit. Even though we took the bus and walked quite a bit, having a dedicated parking space was wonderful. Plenty of groceries stores and restaurants close by and the view from the living room cannot be beat!

Fifi’s place is a comfortable, fully-equipped, and roomy studio with a beautiful view of the Seattle skyline. No matter the time of day or situation, Fifi stays in touch with her guests to help them feel at home. The studio’s location is both safe and very convenient, within walking distance of a wide variety of places to eat, grocery stores, and the University of Washington. During your stay, make sure to visit the nearby Gas Works Park, with a phenomenal view of Lake Union and downtown Seattle. Would stay again anytime.

Nate and Candace's place was just as described. We needed a place for 3 of us to stay while visiting elderly in-laws who don't have guest space. This was so much nicer and more flexible than a comparably priced hotel room. The park across the street is a nice outdoor space. Parking was super easy right in front of the house. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed it! The house is spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. There’s a cool little loft you can climb up into with a comfy bed. The location is great, just a short walk to the Burke Gilman Trail, Fred Meyer, and close to restaurants and bars in Ballard. Parking was easy too. Would absolutely stay again.

Great location, very clean, easy check-in, super friendly host. Very quiet neighborhood in North Capitol Hill, street level unit was very private and quiet. The space was very clean, comfy bed, the host was very responsible and friendly. Would highly recommend and happily stay here again in the future.

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Very comfortable home. We loved all the natural light and that there’s 2 living room spaces. I was also able to walk to multiple coffee spots while soaking up the beautiful neighborhood.

Wendy’s place is absolutely perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Place was very comfortable and well stocked; anything I needed was there. I loved the patio, comfortable bed, and updated bathroom. The kitchenette was perfect for me, as I was visiting my brother and did not need to cook any meals, just coffee and light breakfast. I would absolutely recommend staying here and plan to book again in the future.

This was by far the best place we stayed at in my parent’s trip to the US! Spacious, comfortable bedrooms, great bathrooms, good kitchen and a good washer-dryer. Great area too, super safe with Ballard and Discovery Park at a walking distance and a nice running shop nearby too:) Monica was super helpful and replied promptly and moved quickly to resolve the minor issues we faced with the AC. Highly recommend this airbnb!

We loved the space. Great views. Windows for days. We even measured some spaces in the house to incorporate into our home build. It’s not a large home but it feels so spacious with all the natural light. Truly feels like home. It’s not a cheap rental but the value is all there. We would love to return sometime! Zero complaints and I’d highly recommend the stay for anyone looking to visit the area.

Very thoughtfully laid out home that made being away from our home comfortable & cozy. The Helix bed was outstanding! We loved the location, the walkable neighborhood and use of the garage. The backyard was great for our dog Rosie. It is shy of being fully enclosed however easy to adjust it to be fully enclosed with our baby gate. We would absolutely return again! 10 out of 10.

We booked this unit for friends that were visiting us here in Ballard. The location is excellent. Besides being just a few buildings away from our home, the neighborhood is walkable and close to anything you could possibly need (grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants). The unit was spacious, clean and well equipped with all the necessities you could want during your stay. The location is quiet and safe. If you’re not local to the area, it can be a bit tough to find at first, but Lise provides excellent directions (even a video showing how to get there). The included parking space was an added bonus, as most homes in this area do not have dedicated parking. My friends were very pleased with their stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this unit again when they come visit.

Dustin, Lyle, and Richard’s place was a great stay. They were very accommodating and allowed us to check-in early as we were driving in 3+ hours from the coast. Their place is local to the space needle/chihuly glass/pacsci and is walkable to the pike place public market. Their place was clean, comfortable and homey. We truly enjoyed our stay at their place and felt safe staying there. Thank you for hosting us!

Super location and the unit was very clean and updated. Brianna communicated well and provided clear instructions. Certainly will try and book again on next Seattle visit.

We had a great stay at this condo in the Belltown area! We didn't have a rental car, so I can't speak to the parking experience. However, we definitely didn't need one as we walked everywhere! There are great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within just a few blocks. We walked to the space needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass, and scootered to Pike Place and the waterfront. All of it felt very accessible. The building felt secure and safe, and the BNB itself was clean and perfect for our needs. We would be happy to stay here again next time we visit Seattle .

We had the most wonderful time staying at Lauren’s place over the long holiday weekend! The condo was lovely, very tidy, and we slept like babies in the super cozy bed. There were plenty of thoughtful touches throughout like flossers/q-tips in the bathroom, candies in the kitchen (a very welcome treat after our travel day), and there were even earplugs in the bedroom 🤣. We also really loved the neighborhood—LOTS of cute restaurants and shops, we really enjoyed the ice cream shop across the street and the yakitori spot a few blocks down. The weather was beautiful while we were there, so we even got to enjoy a beer out on the balcony in the sun. We had a rental car and it was easy to find parking every day (we parked near the high school and never had an issue). Highly recommend booking here for a great stay in Seattle!

Truly the center of the universe! Felt like we had our own little apartment for a week in Seattle, stocked with everything someone might forget to pack when they travel (floss, ziplock bags, etc.) Thank you Lessley for such a seamless stay!

Ted’s place is in a great location and the rooftop deck has an amazing view of downtown and the Space Needle. Ted is a very communicative host and was responsive to our questions. Awesome place!
