Holiday rentals with beach access in Lawton Park, Seattle

We stayed at this location for one week. It is a great location in West Seattle - right off Alki Beach. We did not really use the kitchen because we dined out for most of our meals, but they had a lot of amenities, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, waffle maker, etc if that's your thing! The bathroom was large. The washer and dryer were a godsend, it was nice not having to fly home with a suitcase of dirty clothes. Overall, would recommend this over a hotel any day. Thanks!!

Loved our stay here! Very easy to get around with the water taxi and the walking path was absolutely beautiful. Host was very responsive and the place was clean and exactly as described. Would stay here again!

Our stay in Alki Beach was great! The place was a lot bigger and roomie than expected too which was a nice surprise :) It’s very walkable to everything around Alki and it was perfect for the wedding weekend we were there for! Thanks again Kim & Chuck!

Really enjoyed our stay. Just as described. Peaceful, quiet location. Very safe and neighborhood-y. Easy drive to anything that you want or need, including some really great restaurants. The place was very comfortable and quiet. Everything was just as we hoped! Would definitely stay again.

Marie-Josée was a wonderful host! She was very responsive during the booking process and helped us navigate the location in relation to the activities we had planned. The house was very clean and spacious. The amenities were perfect for what we needed. We picked up groceries at the local Safeway which was within walking distance and made breakfast each morning. The only thing the photos don’t show are the room darkening curtains that have been added which are a wonderful addition for those who want a bit of a sleep in. FYI - This is a $10 uber to a $6 water taxi to the Seattle Pier 50. Then it’s only a 10 minute walk to Pike Place Market. Or, alternatively, a 20 minute walk to T-Mobile Park.

Our family came to visit us in north Kitsap and we appreciated the clean and quiet accommodations between Kingston and Port Gamble. They enjoyed the nearby day trips to Point No Point lighthouse and beach, Port Gamble’s quaint downtown and White Horse Golf Course. The beach access was a plus, but the kayaks available were a little far from the beach - a series of steps, etc. so we passed on that. We were able to use the firewood that the host provided at the beach, so we were very happy with the experience we had. All-in-all, a lovely spot to stay!

Truly enjoyed this location as a place to reset. It's a dream view when you wake up and get up in the morning. Hope to come back here soon.

The apartment was super clean, really comfy, and had everything we needed. It felt cozy and relaxing — like a little home away from home.

What a beautiful location to stay with family! The Sound and Mt Rainier views were stunning. A rocky beach was just a short walk down the road from the house with an amazing array of driftwood. We were able to explore part of the Olympic National Forest, a botanical garden, and light house visit. Plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. My adult children enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The contemporary style home had beautiful wood/stone/tile/brick features. We spotted seals from the lookout deck near the edge of the bluff as well as bald eagles and some herons. A very restful experience giving us time to reconnect as a family. We appreciate Justin and Lauren letting us stay at their home/sanctuary.

Great host, beautiful home close to everything. Swam at the lake and walked to the park. Only took 12min to get to downtown convention center. The house was so beautiful. The shower was lovely and large tubs! Adorable backyard retreat.

We loved our stay at the casita! Great location, easy parking and very walkable. The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay and the outdoor space is wonderful. Very quiet in spite of the central location. Coleen responded quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommended!

This place is so cozy! We got sick after our cruise and recovered at this little home. You have everything you need plus a great view. Super child friendly too!

Paradise! We truly enjoyed our stay at Shikha's place. Great views, comfortable lounging inside and out, truly a lovely place to visit! I hope to be back again some day.

We had a rough start to our vacation and got in very late. When we woke up to the amazing views the next morning it changed our entire mood around. We had such a peaceful stay with amazing views at all hours of the day. We saw the bald eagles, humming birds, deer down the street and some racoon friends. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to stay in and cook a few of our nights there. The kids playing ping ping and explored the gardens everyday. The walk down to the beach was so worth it during low tide. We spent every morning drinking our coffee looking out at the mountains and water. It was an absolutely perfect stay!

The home was in a wonderful neighborhood which was peaceful and walkable to restaurants and shops. The house was just as pictured and described; clean and cozy! Those host was super responsive and easy to work with. We loved our trip to Seattle and hope to return soon!

Hoad a great stay and the space perfectly fit our needs. Christina was quick to respond to any questions I had. We loved the balcony and the view of the bay.

Beautiful condo, full of amenities, comfy bed, gorgeous views. Perfect for longer stays. We were only there for a couple of nights, making it hard to justify all the air BnB fees, but not the hosts fault. Would certainly rent again when we have longer time to visit my grandsons.

I loved this place! It was spotless and felt serene as soon as I walked in. I don’t think I ever heard a single neighbor, and the view was beautiful… I felt right at home. It was just what I needed for a solo getaway. Thanks Jonathan for the great communication and for providing such an awesome place!

This is an amazing view. All you need condo setup. Beautiful place. Easy access to bremerton and freeway north.

Could not ask for a better spot in Seattle! It was close to Pike Market, the waterfront, and free public transportation (in the summer), and public transportation in general. If you're going on a cruise, you can literally walk to pier 66 (our cruise left from Pier 91, but Uber was great!). Jeri was the most communicative host I've worked with, and that was much appreciated. We had everything that we needed, and if I needed anything, she was literally a phone call/text away. I wish I had more time in the area, and if I get to return, I'll hope to stay here again.

The place was located in a prime location, super short walk to Pike Place market. The place is super secure and has parking for vehicles overnight which gave us a peace of mind. The room has great views, clean, and super cozy. Check in was quick and the host answered all questions I have. 10/10 experience. I will definitely book again.

Caleb’s home was perfect for my stay and was just as it’s described. It was very clean which is something that I always look for in an Airbnb and was beautifully decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped with everything you could need plus more. It definitely felt like a home and not just a place that’s rented out which I absolutely loved. And Caleb was very responsive which was nice as well. I would definitely stay here again.
