Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lay Lake

Britney’s place was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. I could live there. Felt very homey and comfortable. It is a large one bedroom loft that is very spacious. The building is right in the heart of Birmingham with lots of great restaurants within walking distance. We will stay there again.

The host were great! The unit was spotless! Very comfortable bed and attention to detail in unit. Great nespresso machine in unit and also coffee maker in lobby. Outdoor patio on ground floor was nice to de-stress. Overall great stay and space.

It was a beautiful place with the tallest ceilings I've ever seen! It's in a really cute little shopping district with a coffee shop only a few blocks away. We really enjoyed our time here and will try to stay here again next time through Birmingham

We went for a wedding weekend and enjoyed our stay. Great location. Close to so many restaurants. Place was clean, cozy, and absolutely perfect for my husband and I. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at one of Clint’s units at this location last year. Needless to say, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay last year and decided to return this year. It is quiet, safe, perfect for walking, close to a golf course, restaurants, a grocery store, and it is sparkling clean. This unit had everything we could have possibly wished for. Best of all, Clint was a very responsive and helpful host. We hope to be back.

Great studio! The place was well furnished for 2-3 people. The building itself is quiet, and I loved that there was a parking spot in the garage for us. The neighborhood felt safe, although the street was noisy (not surprising in a downtown area), so I’d recommend using a sound machine app or earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. The studio was as described and Chris was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We had a great time in Birmingham and at his place! Would stay again.

I stayed here while working this past week in Birmingham. The location was perfect!!! The instructions on how to enter the building were so easy to understand and it was a breeze to get into the unit. It’s a very secure building. The was an odor in the hall but nothing horrendous just something I couldn’t place. Would have loved a floor lamp or table lamp in the living room but that’s just personal preference. The only “issue” is the unit is right across the street from children’s hospital so you can hear ambulances but so easy to tune out. Loved having on-site parking and you can actually see the spot for the unit. Tried to book it again for July work trip but it was already booked. Would definitely stay here again

Our daughter got married at Ridge Pointe which was only around a 15-20 min drive. The location was great! Wish we could have enjoyed the house more.

We were in town for a wedding so there was not much time to enjoy the extras of the house. We did make use of the movie room and loved the massive couch. It’s rare for a family six to all easily recline and enjoy a movie together! I think the kids did play pool and ping pong between events when they could. It was definitely a lovely view and a nice touch with the strung cafe lights outside. I do want to say ALL of the beds were great. I hate showing up to a place and finding a fifteen year old squeaky spring mattress. This place was great and everyone slept well. The place was clean and check out was super simple. I’m used to rentals that make you feel like the cleaning crew at the end of your stay. That was not the case here. Just a few simple steps and you were good to leave. Which was really nice. If we had a reason to be in the area, I would definitely rent again.

Susan was very helpful in finding local restaurants. The house was very clean and organized. Kitchen was well equipped. The sun room has a beautiful view of the water. Bathrooms and bedrooms were neat and clean. We will definitely go back.

The vacation was beautiful. We loved just hanging out on the dock and kayaking up and down the lake. We enjoyed fishing and playing pool. We loved it so much that we spent the majority at the house hanging out on the dock. Laura was friendly, prompt in responses, and helpful.

This stay couldn’t have been more perfect. The spot and home were beautiful. It was spacious and very nicely decorated. Our group had an absolute blast. The host was super helpful and responsive. The kayaks, lake, and pool table were a perfect fun touch.

Alise’s place we so great! Comfortable beds plenty of sitting in the living room! Great kitchen with all the appliances. An easy walk to the dock for fishing and hanging out. Def will be coming back!

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely adorable and had so much for us to do—we never ran out of ways to relax and have fun. Everything was spotless and so well taken care of. The hosts were fantastic—so kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, fun, and welcoming getaway! 10/10 recommend! The town about (20 minutes) away is also SO friendly! They have the cutest little coffee shop that is so yummy! We were so happy to stay somewhere where there are sweet people & so many fun things to do.

Beautiful home , well maintained, modern up to date appliances, close to highways, and supermarket, beautiful neighborhood and yard. Very responsive host. Enjoyed our stay while we were there for my son’s graduation from The University of Alabama.

It was so nice. We loved the location because we love Homewood! The place was very comfortable and beautifully furnished!

We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Hoover. This place is super clean, safe, and roomy. It is in a nice location that is convenient to everything you need.

Joe’s place is very nice! I think it’s exactly what the pictures depicted and worked really well for our one night stay. Joe was very responsive to my messages and helped coordinate an early check in based on our need for that. That was very much appreciated and would recommend this property and any others he may have, based on that service alone!

I recently stayed at 42nd while in Birmingham for work. The location was perfect. Easy walk to charming shops and restaurants. Also a quick drive to other parts of Birmingham. The interiors were styled to perfection, with McKenzie's art showcased throughout the home. Furnishings were comfortable and immaculately kept. Such a beautiful home. I highly recommend and cannot wait to return soon!

Joanna's apartment was great! Beautifully updated and simply decorated. Firm beds, spotless showers and kitchen, comfortable den furniture. perfect for our brief stay for college Orientation.

Condo was perfect for our weekend visit. Lauren gave great recommendations for restaurants & shopping. She was very easy to communicate with. Fell in love with Homewood, such a quiet peaceful place. I even sat outside on the rock wall in the fern garden & read while the rest of my crew napped. Will definitely reach out to Lauren again when planning our next visit.

Joycelyn's place is perfect if you want a nice quite place that feels like home. We were there for a wedding and to have some fun exploring the city of Birmingham. This condo was a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing! Joycelyn was very responsive. Her place was very clean and had all of the items you need to enjoy a short weekend or a longer stay. The area that it is located in is beautiful! We will stay here again! Everything was great! Suzy gave very clear instructions for everything you need to know. Nice, clean apartment in a quiet building, not too far from UAB. Was told not to go outside alone at night, but that seems to be consistent with the whole city.
