Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Ski-in/ski-out studio with a view – Courchevel 1550

Exceptional studio at the foot of the slopes – Courchevel 1550 Ideally located facing the snow front, this renovated studio offers ski-in/ski-out access in the popular Lou Rei residence. A short walk to shops, restaurants and ski lifts, it has a secure covered parking. In the winter, the Grangettes gondola takes you to Courchevel 1850 in less than 5 minutes (8am-11pm). La Buissonnière Nature and Comfort Camper

La Roulotte Nature et Comfort de La Buissonnière is nestled in a green setting,at an altitude of 850 m,in the garden adjoining our chalet, in the heart of the Massif des Bauges. Summer or winter,you will find all the comforts (heating,bathroom , indoor toilets) ,with beautiful views of the mountains overlooking Annecy . We built it in its entirety,made of wood from the Massif... Totally independent with its kitchenette (fridge, induction hob, oven, raclette machine)

Our cottage is located on the heights of Aix-les-Bains in the town of Montcel. You'll be between the lake and the mountains. We welcome you to a new and cozy accommodation consisting of two bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a double or single bed, a large living room with its open equipped kitchen and a shower room. On the 11 m2 balcony you can enjoy meals with panoramic mountain views. You will be quiet in a green setting. Free parking available.

Dream Catcher

Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Arrival from 2pm - departure 11am maximum -Independent accommodation in a quiet, secluded location. -Parking and 3kw EV socket

Gîte les libellules

This 30 m2 cottage, with tasteful decor, will welcome you in the commune of CHATELARD. It is fully equipped like at home with amenities included such as towels and sheets provided. Located in the Bauges Regional Natural Park, classified by UNESCO. Immerse yourself in a natural and relaxing setting and come and practice all kinds of activities (skiing, snowshoeing, hiking...) (resorts nearby) and enjoy idyllic landscapes (Lake ANNECY, Lake du Bourget...).

Quiet and with fresh air, you are 7 minutes from the Féclaz ski resort, 20 minutes from Chambéry and the Hautes-Bauges, 40 minutes from the Margériaz ski resort On site, Camille practices wellness massages, teaches yoga classes. Florent, mountain guide, offers hikes for all levels, accompanied by Heidi and Doudou our donkeys.
