The Appendix, our accommodation is an outbuilding of the house not overlooked directly, with private access. Quiet and ideally located studio in Annecy Seynod, 5 min drive from Annecy city center, 15 min by bus from the train station, 30 min walk from the city center, 30 min drive from the ski resort. Close to the mountains, the lake, you can enjoy the outdoor areas of the house as a couple, or solo. Several parking spaces on site. The kitchen is equipped and the accommodation is air-conditioned if needed.

We rent an appartement with one bedroom, a living room with kitchen and bathroom, in an old renovated farm in a charming small village overlooking the Lac de Bourget. It's very quiet here, the house is on a dead end street, yet you are close to major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, Chambery, Aix-les-Bains) and have plenty of outdoor sports opportunities : hiking, swimming, mountain-climbing , motorboat rental, cayak, canoeing, bicycle riding. The next ski resorts are about a one hour drive

We welcome you to a new and cozy accommodation consisting of two bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a double or single bed, a large living room with its open equipped kitchen and a shower room. On the 11 m2 balcony you can enjoy meals with panoramic mountain views. You will be quiet in a green setting. Free parking available.
