Considering the other Airbnbs that were available for the Grand Prix weekend, Thomas's place was worth it, considering the free parking and the location of the building. Everything you need is available both in and around the place. Thomas was also great with the communication, check in and check out was a smooth process.

I really enjoyed my stay! The room was cozy, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was luxurious! I also enjoyed paddling on the river. I would stay here again!

A great location to explore Montreal and the Mount Royal area! The entire apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival and Stanzia and the Team were great with communication during our stay. While check in was not till 4pm, we were able to drop off our bags in the apartment early which we were very grateful for. Parking at the rear of the building was easy and the daily charge is fair for the convenience. There are steep stairs at the rear of the property to enter the apartment and stairs at the front street entrance. We loved the front living room facing the street, with the large picture windows and cosy lounge. The terrace was also a great space to relax given the sunny weather. There were a few noisy nights over the weekend, however this seems reasonable being in the heart of this vibrant area with warm spring evenings. We would very much recommend staying here!! This is a true five star property!!

L'appartement était propre, convivial et fidèle aux photos. Jason répondait rapidement et il a été vraiment coopératif. La proximité avec une station de métro (2 minutes à pied) et avec le Métropolitain rendait l'endroit efficace pour se déplacer dans Montréal. Bref, je recommande.

We came to visit family but fell in love with the area and hope to visit again. Perfect location with stunning view of the lake and close proximity to many areas to explore and parks. Comfy beds and many small touches such as throw blankets, phone chargers, kcups, ice cube trays and local maple gift. Family enjoyed the hot tub and kayak too. Home very clean. Will definitely rent again when in the area.

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the pool and hot tub—both were well-maintained and perfect for unwinding. The host was super friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Nabil was probably one of the best hosts we have encountered amongst Airbnb owners. Extremely responsive, helpful with local suggestions, communication and more. He covers all the details so you don't have to. If you are staying in the Montreal area, you should consider staying here if the space meets your needs. Local transportation was good too. I really enjoyed my 2 day stay at Vermeer House! It was very quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed all the breakfast items, including fresh milk and bread that was provided. I would return here.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Ashley’s. The space was exactly as described. Lots of space for the kids to play. It did not seem like a basement space at all, very bright. We highly recommend this place for a one night stay or multi night! Ashley was a great host and was very responsive to any questions we had, she gave clear instructions for entry and outlined what the space came with and any add on features.

Wow! Louis-Phillipe and Catherine are extremely responsive, helpful, kind and generous hosts. The suite is a gem with a stream running beside it and very close to great different cycling and hiking trails. Louis-Phillipe and Catherine keep it supplied with everything needed for breakfast and more, including fresh fruit, croissants and bread, which was lovely. It couldn’t have been a better experience. Thank you!

Easy walkable access to anywhere in the city. Clean quiet and private condo. Never heard any traffic even though in the city. Updated condo and Chris was in constant communication making sure we had everything we needed. A great first trip to Montreal for the weekend!

Une 2e fois pour nous dans cet hébergement et nous avons adoré tout comme la première fois. L'emplacement est parfait à proximité de plusieurs services. Le parc et les terrains de pickle ball sont à quelques minutes à pieds, le quartier est calme et paisible. Le logement est impeccable !

The location was super convenient to all the great restaurants in Old Montreal, easy walk to McGill and convenient metro stop nearby. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Gabrielle was lovely and responded quickly to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in the city and hope to be back soon! Highlights… botanical gardens, hike up Mont Royal and light show at Notre Dame. Great restaurants… Mélisse for brunch, Wolf & Workman for pot pie and fish pie, Pub St Pierre for drinks, Fiorellino for pizza, Café Nocturne for coffee & pastries and Ripples for the best ice cream! Jonathan est un hôte parfait Tout est fait dans son logement pour se sentir comme chez soi et son accueil est au top L appartement est très propre, très bien équipé et très agréable Idéal pour 4 Il est très bien situé, dans un environnement calme, à proximité de tous types de commerces, à mi chemin entre le vieux Montréal et le plateau Mont Royal et à proximité du metro Le stationnement dans la rue est gratuit mais pas autorisé partout, Jonathan est disponible pour indiquer quelle place utiliser Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages quelques heures après avoir rendu le logement pour profiter de Montréal avant de prendre l avion Vivement recommandé !

Amazing location across from the park. Walking distance to Mont Royal with many stores and restaurants, and also the Metro station. We really got a feel for the pulse of the city and were able to enjoy many of the summer festivals and activies.

Good place to stay on a beautiful street and great host. About a 10min walk to the metro station. Clean residence and AC in all the bedrooms. The relatively thin walls made us a bit wary of our noise, especially with kids, but turned out not to be a problem after all. Would stay here again as it is really a great place to stay, and next to ChefMak which had great food!!!!!! Eric was easy to talk to and very responsive and helpful.
