Welcome to our small studio (ground floor) located at the entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan, 15 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from Vannes. The studio (1 km from the shops) consists of a kitchen area on the ground floor, a shower in a 10 m² space, upstairs a 13 m² bedroom with a shabby chic cocooning atmosphere with a double bed, a wardrobe. This studio was created on the ground floor of our house. You have a separate entrance to the garden and its oleanders and a parking space in the driveway. Ideally located 500 meters from the pier for the Gulf of Morbihan islands, on the right bank (25-minute walk to the port in the city center). From Vannes and our neighborhood in particular, you are ideally located to visit Morbihan.

We have transformed this old stable into a charming duplex with character. In the heart of the village, you will have access to all shops on foot (bakery, butcher, shopping center, restaurants...) Only 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Damgan and Sarzeau (Penvins, Suscinio,...) and 20 minutes from the center of Vannes and its port and pedestrian streets.
