One bedroom with 1 bed size 140 and the other with 1 bed size 140 and 1 bed size 90. Terrace and garden with shaded area. You will be a 10-minute drive from the medieval city of Dinan and 30 minutes from the first beaches (Dinard, St Cast, Lancieux,...). Nice house to live in even in high heat.

Very nice apartment arranged by an architect on the second and top floor of a building that was once a prosperous brewery on the port of Dinan. All modern comforts available, TV, WiFi, sitting area, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, Senseo coffee, toaster, microwave etc...). Beds are made, cleaning is included. Many restaurants are nearby, bakery, walking, boat, bike, little train... €10 supplement if pet.
