It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Maison Marcks is a comfortable and exclusive home to stay in while exploring Champagne and its many legendary vineyards.

Our cottage is located in a charming village 5 minutes from Epernay and its Avenue de Champagne, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the heart of the Côte des Blancs and its Grands Crus vineyard, "Le Cosy" will delight you with its calm, space and atypical side in this old farmhouse. With all the comforts for an unforgettable stay, we will be at your disposal to help you discover our region: cellars, places to visit and superb viewpoints.

Le Lavoir

Relax in our quiet and elegant cottage. It consists of an entrance to the fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, toilets, the living room (with a sofa bed) and a bedroom. With parking space in the courtyard and 2 deckchairs to relax in the garden (and table). Dogs accepted on request. Arrival between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. Departure no later than 11 a.m. There are 3 steps to enter our gîte. Then everything is on the same level.

Relax in a fully-equipped garden studio with refined decor. Quiet, not overlooked. Brunch-style breakfast by reservation only, not included. Kick back and relax in this stylish space. Pool and hot tub access directly from the studio. This access is exclusive Percola and private terrace. Towels and bathrobe available. The hot tub is open year-round. The pool is only accessible during the summer (early May to end of September)

Magnificent 300 m² cottage completely renovated in an old brick factory. Ideal setting and calm. In the heart of the Côte des Blancs, in the village, a farm is at your disposal to take care of you from breakfast to dinner on site. It can accommodate a maximum of 17 guests. Close to Epernay. We do not accept weddings.
