The house is located in a typical village of the wild coast (National Park) in the town of Quiberon. In the heart of the flora and a few steps from the coast (300m from the Beach Front), the show is continuous in summer as in winter. You can relax in peace while enjoying the many activities offered on the peninsula (Sailing, Boat, surfing and all water and Beach activities, horse riding, cycling, amazing views...). From Quiberon you can go to visit the Islands of Belle-île, Houat and Hoëdic.

The Annex, like an auxiliary ship's boat, is a small part of my house. It is a new and very well-equipped accommodation. Small is beautiful could be its motto. It has on the ground floor, a bright living room with a modern kitchen and bathroom, and upstairs 2 small "boat cabin" bedrooms. Lovers of the Presqu'île, we renovated a house in the village of Kervihan, in the immediate vicinity of the Côte Sauvage and the favorite beaches of surfers (Port Bara, Port Pigeon, etc.), the bike path and hiking trails. Our house with garden offers 3 bedrooms, a large mezzanine, 1 bathroom, a separate kitchen, all tastefully decorated to feel good. It can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

The pier, the town of Palais, its daily market, bars and restaurants are a 20-minute walk along a beautiful promenade along the sea and through the Vauban citadel.
