Holiday rentals with beach access in Le Paquier

This is my 2nd time staying at Josephine’s and it won’t be my last. The location is amazing and that you can park a car in a garage within old town is so rare! It’s comfortable for 5 people and the beds are all great! It’s very quiet and the patio has a lot of seating and is a great place to unwind. Josephine is always very responsive and a great host! The value is tremendous. Thank you Josephine!!! You helped make our trip perfect!

I needed to attend the Annecy Festival and this place was a five minute walk from Bonlieu which was perfect for me. The apartment was nice and spacious and had a lot of amenities and the hosts even had some snacks, coffee, etc for me which was lovely of them. I had everything I could ask for and they were very responsive. I was there for a week and later in the week it got really, really hot but luckily they had an A/C in the living room, which was a lifesaver. They were also flexible about my check-out which was very helpful as my flight was in the afternoon. Would def stay again!

Rafaelle was incredibly kind and warm during my arrival. The place was lovely, and it may sound like I’m exaggerating but I do think it was one of the best spots I’ve had so far with the Airbnb service. I do wish there was soap in the bathroom sink, but it wasn’t a big deal. We just bought some. Any other criticisms I may have are incredibly insignificant, and aren’t a real issue. Raffaele was a very kind and attentive host.

Carole's appartment was perfectly located, for us to enjoy all that Annecy has to offer. Annecy is rated by many as the most beautiful city in the world, during our 8 day stay we found out why. An amazing city where the ancient is seemlessly married with the modern and chic. No need for a car from this outstaning well equiped appartment, coffee bar, cafes, supermarkets, all close by. The old part of the town and bus and rail are all an easy stoll away. Thanks Carole,for a superb holiday.

Can’t beat the view and the location

Our arrival went perfectly well, despite the crowds in Annecy, as well as the work zones. The apartment was clean, ready before 4 p.m., the usual check-in time, which was very nice. The terrace is really a plus, especially since the apartment is on the ground floor of a secure residence, with very easy access to underground parking. For people wishing to watch Netflix, Prime etc. during rainy days when it is impossible to go out, a Fire TV stick is necessary as the TV is not a Smart TV, so it only has DTT channels. As for the location, it's the perfect location, not too close to the city center/old town, to be able to be quiet in the apartment in the evening or morning, less than 10 minutes walk from the lake and the city center (walking quietly). I therefore recommend this apartment for staying close to many activities in and outside of Annecy.

Hosts give clear and detailed instructions. The accommodation is very clean and matches the photos. Everything is within walking distance with private parking close to the accommodation. The bakery, fishmonger, dairy, butcher and Carrefour are within walking distance and on Wednesday there is the market that offers quality products. The automatic entry system is very good. The only downside, if you can say: noisy neighbors who slam the doors loudly from time to time and the neighbor upstairs is also noisy at night. I give 5* because for me it is a quality accommodation and I recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay and the space was very comfortable!

We were so happy in this place, it just had a really nice vibe, very quaint, spacious and with character. Very close to the lake and bike path lots of nice things nearby and the cherry on the cake was the loan of some bikes that made getting to the centre and getting around really quick and easy. The place came well stocked with a dishwasher and coffee and everything, and the host was very friendly and kind and helpful. I would come back for sure 👌

If you're reading the reviews to convince yourself whether or not to choose this Airbnb... look no further!! I'm telling you: GO FOR IT! This place is amazing, everything is perfect. So many things available, in a beautiful setting like this. It feels good! It feels like home. Honestly, it's a little slice of heaven. Go there without a second thought!

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

Fantastic house Very cozy, big, comfortable, big, super clean, renovated showers, it was really the best house I have ever rented! Above expectations! Will certainly return, and I warmly recommend this house!

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Lake Annecy! Super easy to walk down to the lake—about a 5-10 min walk to a lovely beach for swimming. Also really quick to get to Annecy for shopping, restaurants etc. either by taxi or bus. The place is so beautiful—very clean and looks just like the photos. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the backyard area! Only thing to note is that it did get very hot during our stay in June! No AC and no screens on the doors/windows so it stayed quite hot even through the evening. Other than that the place was just perfect for our group!

This is not the first time we have been there and it is still great, both the accommodation and the recommendations for activities. Armand is a really great host! Super friendly and available. Very well located accommodation (a few minutes walk from the lake) in a peaceful residential location and easy to access. Everything was very clean, and the bedding really comfortable.

Claire and Benoit are extremely caring and available. The dishwasher was unfortunately out of order but it didn't bother us at all. To apologize, Claire and Benoit offered us a basket of local products, we appreciated this delicate attention. Despite the rain, we had a very good stay. The accommodation allowed us to be calm, and the hikes rejuvenated us. We recommend this beautiful place!

A very well-designed apartment. Very functional. Close to the beach of Menthon Saint Bernard... small walk in the evening with the lake and its changing lights.

We had a great family stay in Vincent and Fanny's apartment. They are very pleasant and accommodating people. For example, we were faced with traffic jams on the road which delayed our arrival later than expected, but they were understanding and organized to welcome us even late. The accommodation is functional and well decorated, located 10 minutes by bike from Annecy, with shops and restaurants nearby. You can go there without a second thought 😉

Great apartment with a really amazing view..

Franck and Anne-laure are very welcoming, caring. The apartment is super cool, a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Anne-Laure gave me the good addresses of the restaurants and activities to do. The apartment is next to the lake, the small port. You feel good there. You can see that the owners are careful. I will recommend these hosts.

Place was exactly as shown in the photos. Charlotte was easy to communicate with. Thanks for accommodating to our last minute reservation. We liked that there is a private parking space but if the garage is full, it would be slightly challenging to get out from the garage other than that everything else was perfect.

A fantastic apartment in a great location, having the parking was a huge benefit. Close enough to walk to the old town and the lake in minutes. Great host.
