Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Le Paquier

Beautiful and clean accommodation in a building that doesn't look like much. Very well equipped kitchen. Small sunny balcony. About 15 minutes' walk from the port and nice restaurants. And above all, parking space. Good windows that hide the noise of traffic well. We really enjoyed it.

The accommodation is really well thought out, super functional, tastefully decorated and spacious for two people. The private outdoor space with garden furniture is very pleasant and a real plus. Finally, the accommodation is in a privileged setting, the hosts are very friendly, our stay was perfect.

Great experience for a night spent in the area. The room with the spa is unique, the spa is super large and the layout of the room is great. You can listen to music with a very good quality sound thanks to a dedicated installation or watch a movie while enjoying the bubbles and relaxation. And the movie theater is a unique experience. The welcome is professional while being very friendly and although we arrived very late. We tasted a platter with cheeses from a nearby dairy. To be repeated, as a couple or with the children for a family projection.

Fantastic little flat. Perfect location, quiet but next to lots of restaurants. The high ceilings made it feel very spacious.

Overnight stay with our 4 daughters aged 8 to 17, during the leisurely bike ride around the lake! Excellent communication, Yann always responded quickly to my messages, he lives on site so he is responsive. Our bikes were safe at night. New one-year accommodation, under the roof of a carefully renovated barn, in an original way with 2 mezzanine-huts, a net, a video projector and a kitchen made with old buffets. Enjoyed the fan and the 3 velux because it was very hot!!! There is a lack of ventilation in the bathroom and a small emergency kit for cooking such as oil, salt, sugar... Very good bedding. Beds and sofa bed made on arrival. Numerous towels. Limited in dish towels (1 only) but we did not cook so we did not need more. Not very clean floor. The view from the apartment is beautiful. The apartment is spacious and and is a great place to relax when you aren't outside. one thing to note is to keep the host updated on your arrival time as you are met at the barrier to parking area. saves having them stand around for ages. Great place

Our arrival was made very easy with clear instructions and the key box. The accommodation was clean and it provided us with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend booking this!

Had a very pleasant stay enjoyed the barbecue and the swimming a spa/jacuzzi is also available though we could figure out how to get it on.

Wow! What an incredible house!! The decor and design are simply stunning with a fantastic layout for our family of 5. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. We very much enjoyed using the pool and the hot tub and eating breakfast outside on the fabulous outdoor dining table. Clementine was lovely and very accommodating with our check in and out times. The surrounding area is beautiful and the lake is only a short stroll from the house. We must recommend the Terracotta restaurant there. The food was incredible and the service was superb. There are several supermarkets and amazing bakeries nearby for all of your supplies. We visited Annecey most days as our daughter was there for the annual animation festival. It was only approximately a 15 minute drive away and was absolutely beautiful with lots of great restaurants. We highly recommend Wood Loft and would love to stay there again.

Very good welcome, attentive, very nice view from the accommodation, biker hosts. The motorcycles were able to be sheltered.

Christian and Véronique have a sense of hospitality. Well renovated, functional and very clean accommodation. Christian is very friendly and Véronique, although absent these days, prepared our arrival (Savoyard cake, homemade jam, everyday products). Bikes, including a tandem, are available and useful for visiting the surroundings. Thanks both of you!

Flexible check-in, the host responded quickly. We asked for a travel cot that was installed upon our late arrival. Nice functional and welcoming cottage. Linens and towels provided. Go for it, value for money 👍👍👍👍

We spent a few days in Nat's house, with the family and we all loved it; the accommodation is very beautiful, very spacious, very well equipped, nothing was missing, everything was very clean and the view of the lake was simply beautiful, very exotic and relaxing, the walks in the surroundings pleasant and many, the shops within walking distance (bakery, pharmacy, U tile...) Nat was always very responsive and good advice we go back with pleasure and highly recommend it

The apartment is excellent spacious and the location is Montaz, but the only mishkat in the bathroom is small

We had a great time in this charming apartment with amazing views of the slopes . Once parked at the foot of the chalet , it's all about walking . The rifroids track is in the immediate vicinity to reach the ski lifts ... The owner was very nice and available ... I recommend this rental without hesitating?!

Our family stayed for four days in Laetita's apartment in June. Location is ideal for a quick trip to Geneva. It was a one minute walk from the apartment to the Moillesulaz tram stop, which will bring you to Geneva city center in about 15-20 minutes. Tip: you can buy the Unireso Zone 10 unlimited day pass for unlimited bus or tram trips from the apartment to Geneva. The apartment was very clean and ideal size for our family of five. There were more than enough towels provided. Bedding was also very clean. Kitchen amenities were complete to cook a quick breakfast or meal. The balcony had a great view of the mountains, and had enough seats and a table to enjoy your morning coffee. Host is very responsive. Thank you Laetita for her hospitality. The apartment is well recommend.

Great accommodation in the heart of Aix les Bains, right in front of the casino with a magnificent view of the mountains. I would 100% recommend this place. The only downside is the garage (which still deserves to be there) very complicated maneuvers to get in and out, old-fashioned box with a wall just in front, strongly not recommended for SUV-type vehicles, for info I parked a Touran after a few unsuccessful attempts.

Perfect apartment for our weekend ski break. The apartment was central and on a main Street but even on Saturday night it wasn’t noisy. Everything you can think of in terms of equipment if you wanted to do catering - all high quality, easy to work (hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, two types of coffee maker and lots of gadgets to have fondue etc that I didn’t use). Loads of crockery, cutlery, utensils, sharp knives (rare in rentals I find!), as well as washing machine, tumble dryer, decent hair dryer, lots of socket converters for UK visitors. All the amenities you could want. The owner was responsive, helpful and accommodated our late arrival. They have a good relationship with Fun Ski shop beneath the apartment where we could collect a spare key, leave deposit etc. Well located for ski hire and were really helpful with local advice. The apartment is central and is 7 mins walk from the apartment and other lifts are 10 mins down the hill and there is a free bus.
